I’m not sure if I got charged wrong or sub sizes changed. Paid $15.96 for a large fry and large steak & cheese with side of BBQ. The large sub looked to be the size of what a regular used to be. food was good as always though. just disappointed in the size change.

Papa Joe’s food is always really good this time around we got the chef salad and the grilled chicken salad both excellent. They also have a awesome meatball sub & it goes great with their onion rings Also they seem to have improved there salads especially the Chef Meat salad. yum.

Normally I would give Papa Joes all high marks and highly recommend it. Today was different I waited over 25 minutes for an easy order as people who came in after me got their food! Now I understand they were busy but don’t you think if you see someone sitting there after ten minutes you’d ask them about their order? And when I went to ask it’s like oh we’re waiting on your chicken. Ten minutes later I’m standing at the counter and it’s like oh your ticket somehow got knocked to the floor. I’m very angry. Yes I got an apology but making it sound like I didn’t understand and it was “just” a mistake. Well if it was your mistake how about offering something like a drink or extra fries or being genuine with an apology?! So much for customer service.

Great food, great subs. A classic forever but please up date the prices on your board. Extra meat is $8 not $5 that is misleading and an easy fix. Instead of customers who don’t notice paying extra than expected.

This place is NOTHING what it used to be. And I can confidently says that as I have been a customer since the opening at this location many moons ago.
Quality of food terrible and the kitchen help is…well….unaccustomed to dealing with real people. Prices are waaay up and quality waaay down.
Small super burger, large super burger, 1 mushroom, 1 salad = $32.
Be prepared for 7-8 mushrooms at 50 cents per mushroom. A half filled container. I thought the kid was joking.
Covid has taught us all pretty quick where not to go.

I don’t live, but rather work in the area, and I wish I knew of this restaurant sooner! Went in for a sub, but was veered to the pasta special of the day. Everyone was courteous and the food was great! Also good portion for the cost.

I have never had an issue but TODAY I get what I always get 2 Veal Parm patties only cheese and sauce. They usually put 1 patty in each container but I guess today was different. There is barely any sauce or cheese these patties! I lift the first to see second, and half of it is dry as hell
NO SAUCE…I should not have to go home and open up a jar of sauce to add to my order! I should not have add cheese either
