Extremely DISAPPOINTED WITH THE QUALITY OF MY ORDER! I ordered a small Lobster Roll and a large supreme pizza. First of all, I’ve been getting these lobster rolls since 2018. Today, for the 2nd time in almost 8 years I’ve been extremely disappointed with the quality of my order from the restaurants in Plaistow and Haverhill. Lobster was spread on one side of the bread like it was Mayo or mustard and as thin as the lettuce. They cost an awful lot of money for a “small, medium or large” lobster roll and I expect to receive what I pay for. Today, I did not receive anything worth the price I paid. $70 for one large(more sized as medium) supreme pizza and 2 small lobster rolls…..I absolutely DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I PAID FOR. I unfortunately did not get a pic of the “Pizza” ♀️it was burnt all over the top, all of the vegetables were 75% black, there was barely any sauce on the entire pizza which made it super dry, the half of slice I ate had a rubber texture and no taste to it, it tasted old as in reheated possibly. I’m not happy at all! I usually stop at the service plaza’s on 90 and get this same exact order every SINGLE TIME I COME TO MASSACHUSETTS AND LEAVE MASSACHUSETTS even tho sometimes I come in and leave out the exact same day, as I drive a semi. The service plazas NEVER DISAPPOINT! Not once in 8 years have I ever been disappointed by the DeAngelos or Papa Gino restaurants in them buildings. My entire family is from here and my great grandmother actually worked for Papa Gino when he first started his chain. So this is absolutely sad that I can’t even receive the amazing food that I pay so much for, anywhere besides the highways smfh. Fix this! Employees at this restaurant need training on how to be professional and what is ok and what is NOT ok to talk about amongst staff when there is customers in the establishment ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

The pizza was amazing. It was cooked just the way I like it with my extra sauce and light crust. The ratio of sauce to cheese to toppings was absolutely perfect. I would have to say this is the best pizza that I’ve ever had at Papa Ginos in Plaistow New Hampshire. Everyone was so nice helpful and the restaurant was so clean and
comfortable. I love coming here. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and I never get sick of it. The manager Jim was so nice. I told him how good the pizza was and he was so nice. I ordered my pizza to go and I just told the nice girl at the counter that I wanted to eat here and she got me all hooked up and got me a plate silverware and I enjoyed my pizza And the music was good too. Papa Ginos is the best in my opinion. Thanks for a great experience Plaistow Papa Ginos.

Great place. And great food. The service is excellent and lively, some great personality here. Atmosphere is comfy. I come here almost every day on my lunch break, and I have to thank the staff for the amazing service, especially a big shout out to Kayla for her help. Would recommend.

Ordered 221.00 worth of food for a family party. 5 xl pizzas, 2 salads, lg cheesy bread sticks and cinna bites. The order was placed online at 1pm to be picked up at 3pm. We think they made the order at 1pm and just left if under the warmers. The salads and cinna bites were great. The pizzas and cheesy bread were inedible. They were completely dried out. They looked like week old pizza taken out of the fridge only warm. So disappointed….

One word “AWFUL” I ordered a crispy Buffalo chicken pizza and it was nothing at all like the picture. It was folded over in the box and it seems like they dumped a whole bottle of Buffalo and blue cheese on it and on top of that it wasn’t even cut. Never again

The young man checking me out was fantastic. There was a very angry man (for no reason or fault of the employees) and he handled it so well! I also saw him use his own money to help a gentleman who couldn’t afford his meal. We need more people in this world like him!

You’re very nice looking inside and friendly service. Plenty of parking. But, the pizzas that I ordered were a bit overcooked. The crust was a little hard to eat. I was a little disappointed with my order.
Update: Sunday afternoon, October 2022; Better pizza . Well cooked. Ordered online. We ate inside. The inside looks a little old. The carpets either need a good cleaning or need to be replaced. The customers don’t always clean up after themselves. WiFi available. The bathroom was in decent shape. We had a good time.
I had $ to redeem from the app so I tried their BBQ Chicken Wings. They were actually pretty good. You get 10 pieces and you have a list to choose from for dipping sauce.

Took the kiddos here for a quick pit stop while shopping. Food was hot and fresh. We order pizza, salads, and fries! They brought the food right out to us and even gave the kids markers.
