Your standard take-out (or dine in) pizza place. Plenty of options and fair pricing, both paired with quick preparation time make this place a classic. Papa Gino’s also has dessert options, beverages, and a nice indoor seating area as well. Solid portions and relatively fair pricing make this place a go-to for takeout pizza.

Back in the day on a Friday night with a blockbuster movie this was it. The pizza was still fire and the best tasting pizza of any southern New England pizza chain restaurant . the wings was mid as they were on the smaller side. the Mac and cheese was not great. Personally, they should take it off the menu and not serve it. The inside of this place needs a lot of TLC. Carpeting from 1992 and ceiling tile that is way past its time to be replaced with something fresher and brighter. Nothing wrong with keeping it old school feeling inside but it needs attention. The one guy who was working was super nice and on point with service.

I haven’t been into Papa Ginos in years, but i came in on Friday and i must say i was blown away by the Orleans Papa Ginos!
The place was busy, but my order was perfect (i got 4 extra large pizzas) and i got it in about 15 minutes! The manager Jake took my order, then proceeded to make it. He leads his store very well. Needless to say, ill be coming back!

While I normally do not review for fast food places such as these, typically Papa’s provides a consistent food experience, so you always know what to expect. I realize if I wanted a 5 star culinary experience there are numerous other restaurants in town. After all these years they used to be our go to for those long cold days where the last thing I want to do is make dinner. Tonight is sad and disappointing even for them. I decided to splurge the $11.99 and try the new boneless chicken wing. Because we had not had it before I also ordered chicken tenders. With those and the 2 large pizza deal and a salad and a sandwich the bill was not small ( add delivery and tip) what we got was absurd at best. I do know in the past 20 years or more when I have called with a complaint no one on the other side seemed as though they would be losing sleep over my dissatisfaction. So at this point, as I stated in the beginning, I continue to order infrequently knowing it will be mediocre at best.
So on to my review on the new boneless wings. Each “wing” ( niblet is a better description) is roughly the size of a dollar coin. (Essentially popcorn chicken) Perhaps someone felt guilty about the 8 bits they charged me $11.99 plus tax, fees, delivery as they generously slipped me a bonus fry (singular so not enough to share with the family) Feeling irritated at this blatant robbery, I felt thankful I ordered the back up tenders only to open that and yet again realize that 1) I had paid almost $30 (cost, tax, delivery fee and tip) for roughly 1 chicken breast worth of chicken. 2) Even worse, as the parent I was gonna have to give the nibs up to the kids, so there was that. Thank goodness for the lack luster pizza.
Well, we live and learn. Honestly, due to lack of pizza delivery options it would be a lie if I said we’d never be back. But if you’re hungry and want to eat after working all day to earn the money to buy food, don’t get the bits.
Photos are website and actual.
Delivery driver was from door dash. He was fast and very friendly and took obvious pride in his job. It was bitterly cold and he still had a smile.

Jake, the manager, is always ready to make my visit an excellent one. The pizza was great as always! He makes the visit that much better! I used to see him in Centerville and now I am happy to see him in Orleans!

I usually enjoy Papa Gino’s in Orleans, but I had a disappointing experience with my recent DoorDash order. My food was delivered to the wrong address, so I called the restaurant for help. The staff didn’t really explain what the next steps would be, and I was left unsure about what was happening or how the situation would be handled.
DoorDash contacted me afterward, but they also didn’t seem to know what was going on. I waited about 40 minutes assuming my order would be remade and sent out, but when I called the restaurant again, they asked if I wanted it remade — which made things more confusing.
I understand mistakes happen, especially with delivery services, but clearer communication and a little more courtesy would have gone a long way. This has happened to me twice now, so I’m hoping they work on improving how they handle these situations.

Pleasantly surprised with this pizza! We are from NY and we were initially a little worried given the reviews but we all enjoyed the pizza and would buy it again if we were in the area. It was great. Service was also wonderful. Guy who helped me place my order over the phone was super friendly and accommodating.
