Had placed and order over phone. Got there a little early and had the pleasure meeting the Tuesday crew. Eli, Emily ,Jess,cam, Brendan and lily as busy as they were they were still entertaining while I waited. Food was done sooner than expected and it was delicious. So much negative is said about the younger generation these days, but Ryan gives me hope for the future. He was personable and helpful and I asked him jokingly if he made my pizza (he said yes). When I got home it was cooked to perfection Probably the best Papas pizza I have had. Please tell him the Awesome Lady (I was telling him that’s how he will know who I am when I order in the future) said great job.

Upon walking I was greeted with an immediate sense of peace. The staff at atmosphere are the most beautiful and kind people on earth. The wonderful Eli took my order with precision and speed. Ryan and Eli are elite members of this franchise and deserve recognition for their efforts.

This experience was the worst pizza I have ever had. When I called from the car I was disconnected after listening to the recording for five minutes, so called again. By the time I ordered the pizza I was in front of the door. Ordered a large cheese with extra cheese. When I got
home no extra cheese but was charged for it. That’s the usual for extra cheese.
Now for the pizza, it was still warm, but unfortunately it was the toughest driest pizza I have ever had. The cheese was barely melted & the crust was so tough & dry it was inedible. I have been a customer of Papa Gino’s since the 1960’s when they opened in Medford Square.
After this experience I will never go back to Papa Gino’s.

The Italian melt was good. The meatball was not. Beef didn’t taste like beef. Lobster roll was surprisingly good. Salad was okay.

Gotta love Papa G’s! Has been a part of my life since my childhood, then passed on to the kids & grandkids. I even had them cater some food for our wedding! Great food at decent prices. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Ordered ahead, a rustic pepperoni. Got there 10 minutes before estimated ready time. Was told it’s in the oven. Ok no problem, 10 minutes later I ask and am told it’s still in the oven . Ok 5 more minutes I’m told it’s still in the oven. Then I see the guy scrambling checking the oven, it wasn’t there. It was sitting on the to go shelf when I walked in the beginning of my visit. So not only was it cold as it wasn’t in the heated cabinet, it was just sitting on a room temperature shelf the 18 minutes I sat there being told it was in the oven. Then the man says you want to wait 10 minutes for a fresh one? No, no I don’t. This is the first time I’ve been to this location in a couple years as the last time I ordered there it took over an hour to get my pizza. I ordered ahead, waited 15 then left. The shop is 5 minutes away I then sat there for over 30 minutes for my food. This is THE LAST time I go there. And it wasn’t even well done as I had ordered, it was undercooked really.

The pizza, while commendable, overshadowed the breadsticks, which were deemed satisfactory. Regrettably, based on this encounter, the likelihood of revisiting this particular location appears diminished.

I have never had such a great sandwich- The Thanksgiving Toasted! I will buy again for sure! Warm, just the right amount of turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and mayo with gravy on the side. I will ask for extra gravy next time. Soooo good! My husband got the Works Pizza and he thought it was great! I highly recommend and will be ordering for my grandson’s birthday party in a few weeks! Also, I scheduled my delivery and it was delivered exactly on time! A bonus for sure!
