Only giving 2 stars because the delivery person was great! However this has to be the nastiest steak mushrooms and cheese sandwich I have ever taken a bite of! It was so greasy it was dripping, and the bread was completely soggy, along with the paper being a sopping wet mess. After one bite, to be sure, it went in the trash. It was definitely cooked on a grill that hadn’t been cleaned in a while as well. It is highly unlikely I order from this location besides simple cheese slices ever again!

Everyone here was working so hard tonight (a busy Friday night) and one of the customers was sadly being rude to the staff…, the young girl behind the register and the manager were both so kind and gracious through it all. Not thrilled with this location, just tried calling at 530 on a Wednesday for 1 pizza and some mozzarella sticks and whoever answered the phone told me it’s not happening. That he’s “booked out til after close” which was 3 hrs away. Love Papa Gino’s, but won’t be using this location anymore. Do better
