It’s just not what it use to be, the pizza was soggy, I’m sorta used of the north end Boston pizza, maybe it’s just me being brought up strict Italian. The service was good and very polite, clean inside, so who knows, to each their own! I guess it’s what you’re used to.

What the hell happened? Used to be a great atmopshire in the store. 30 minute wait and the food wasnt even put on the grill? For $50 thats incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional, and just horrible. The walls were painted over and look like crap too. Demanded a refund, absolutely not going back.

This is the 2nd time the Gardner, MA Dangelos has said they delivered my food and they never showed up. Now me and my coworkers dont have our dinner tonight because the drivers lied and the store closed at 10pm so we cant even call them. Whoever the driver was that was doing deliveries on 1/27/26 from the Gardner location after 9pm lied and said he delivered the food but was tracking on the app in a different town at the time, he delivered to the Colonial just before saying he delivered to us. Thiefs working at this location, dont order delivery from here. 2nd time with this bs.

Fries were crispy and well cooked, tenders from the papa’s tender basket were well seasoned and tender. The photo is my brothers meal (we ordered the same thing) because I ate mine too fast, not thinking of the review and just happy to have my meal be that good. Too bad I live far away. 🙁 definitely recommend though. Took about a half hour for them to make the food and it came hot, likely made to order.

I ordered delivery to my work, I waited an hour and a half for my food to get here after I received the message saying my food just left the store!!! Im a 7 minute drive…. the driver went to the whole wrong town 20 minutes away!!! My food was cold I was sad but starving so I ate it cold BUT it was PAPA GINOS so of course it was delicious just wished it wasn’t cold…

I have been here several times and always found the food to be amazing until today. I waited almost 30 mins for my sandwich and it was obviously sitting for a while as it was cold. It was not busy either. The cook offered to remake it but I wasn’t going to wait another 30 mins.

I had put special note that I wanted a 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 bacon and cheese pizza. When I got home it was just pepperoni and 1 kid wouldn’t eat it. You’d think spending $30 on a pizza they’d get it right.
