Exceptional experience. I decided to come here for Thanksgiving instead of cooking, and I think I have a new tradition. The food in their 3-course meal was delicious, chef/cooks and servers were so friendly and helpful, and they event sent me home with a Thanksgiving sandwich to-go kit. Couldn’t have asked for a better meal.

One of our favorite restaurants to dine at in Denver. We ordered the Brussel sprouts for appetizers and then the Halibut for mains. Both were great. Brussel sprouts were a bit on the saltier side but we still enjoyed it. The halibut is always cooked really well here. What I like about the place is that the service matches the food quality. Sometimes restaurants have great food but bad service because they think too much of themselves. Not Panzano. Chris was our server on Thanksgiving eve and he was amazing! Even the other staff bringing out the food were awesome. Oh and I forgot about the Tiramisu! Delicious. Please stay humble Panzano!

I started my evening with a beautiful Negroni Rosa — perfectly balanced, bright, and the perfect way to begin the night.

For my entrée, I enjoyed the elk, served sous-vide style with a blackberry jam. It was absolutely exceptional — tender, flavorful, and paired flawlessly with a glass of Barolo. Truly one of the most memorable dishes I’ve had in a long time.

To finish, I had the best tiramisu I’ve ever tasted, along with an espresso martini that was rich, smooth, and the perfect end to the meal.

I also want to mention Bryan, who was genuinely one of the best servers I’ve ever had — attentive, knowledgeable, warm, and an absolute pro. He elevated the entire experience.

From start to finish, the evening was beyond belief. Thank you, Panzano, for an outstanding meal. I can’t wait to return.

We went to Panzano’s for dinner, and it was amazing. I ordered for Antipasti, the “Fritto Misto”, the “Chestnut Crostini”, and lastly, the “ Burrata with House-Made Focaccia”. For the main course, we indulged on the “Costolette di Bufalo”. Everything was fantastically seasoned and presented, with a very timely rush. Our server was attentive to the flavor profiles we requested, and did an amazing job at giving suggestions and personal recommendations.

I sat at the chef’s counter on a busy weeknight and received the most attentive service! The food was all delicious and both my server and the chef made me feel most welcome. Highly recommend the amazing brussels sprouts, which are some of the best I’ve had.

This used to be an incredible restaurant. Sadly, the food has gone downhill & the prices have gone way up.
$12 for a Caesar salad that looks likevout came out of a bag and fits in a large cereal bowl. The pizza has also changed..
The food was good, not great. The brussel sprouts are still my favorite… I’m probably not coming back.

No issues with the serving staff. They were professional and very courteous. The food on the other hand was just meh… the vegetarian options were limited and even those weren’t very good or flavorful. For the price, the food quality was not very good. We have had better Italian food in other places at similar or lower prices.

We stopped in for a quick drink at the bar. The drinks are very good! The fried lobster bite thing was good too! Will be back to try more of the food and drinks.

I can be picky about Italian food since it’s easy to have bland sauce or poorly cooked noodles. This is one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve eaten at. Everything single dish was spectacular. We had the Cavolini di Bruxelles (brussel sprouts), Pollo alla Milanese ( breaded chicken with pasta on top), Bolognese, and the tiramisu. Who would’ve thought having apple slices on brussel sprouts would pair so well! My gf is a petite person and rarely finishes her meals. She came very close to eating everything. The spaghetti western cocktail was delicious. I wanted to gulp it down in one swoop but savored every last drop. I wish my stomach had more room to finish everything. I highly recommend every one looking for a nice Italian meal to stop here when visiting Denver.
