I had an amazing experience! I came in town and needed to eat breakfast as I was visiting his friend at Yale School of Management. It was right on the way excellent food.Great pricing! If you are in the new haven connecticut area, I would for sure stop by for breakfast or lunch. I had a single pancake with banana mixed in, in english, muffin, breakfast sandwich with bacon and hot chocolate ☕️

The food was hot fresh and delicious! No wait time and waiter was very attentive. I had the cinnamon roll pancakes and a veggie omelette both were on point. Prices very reasonable.

immaculately golden vibe with jazz music playing and colorful posters of jazz festivals around the world. perfect mix of rustic charm with glass ketchup bottles and quality food. i’ve never had potato skins on home fries cooked to such crunchy perfection. the rye toast was earthy and crisp and the food came out in less than 5 minutes. very happy to live a couple blocks from here!

This was a beautiful little hole in the wall breakfast spot. Lovely jazz music, kind staff, and a colorful interior decorated the inside atmosphere. Reasonable prices for cash only (atm on site). We so enjoyed our experience there!

A little treasure on State St. the host was amazing.
Coffee keeps coming without asking.
The smoked salmon eggs Benedict are out of this world.
My little one had the cinnamon roll pancakes- these should be illegal.
Wifey had the Florentine and was blown away with the savory combinations.
Price range $20/person.
Absolutely will return for another visit.

The food here is amazing and our waitress was awesome. You have to try the grapefruit brûlée and the cinnamon roll pancake!

The Pantry has been doing it well since the mid 80s, lots of windows that allow in ample sun, faded jazz festival posters from around the world, down to Earth and friendly staff, cash only and worth every penny. Had the cinnamon roll pancakes,
a chocolate chip pancake, egg and cheese on a hard roll, and the egg shakshouka special. Cannot wait to go back, they are consistently busy for a reason!
