I ordered the baked feta dip, but what arrived was clearly brie. When we asked our server if it was feta or brie, he confidently insisted it was feta… despite admitting he had never actually had feta dip before. He “checked with the kitchen” and still doubled down.
We asked if we could see the cheese or packaging before it was melted. First we were told everything was unpackaged. Then we were told seeing the cheese wasn’t possible. Eventually, after asking multiple staff members, the server finally admitted the chef had added a layer of brie — something not mentioned anywhere on the menu. And then finally the server and supervisor admitted it was all Brie, but first tried to convince us it was feta.
The supervisor later said it was a seasonal menu change, yet none of the staff seemed aware of it.
They removed the dip from the bill, but the bigger issue was the dishonesty and runaround. Mistakes happen, but repeatedly gaslighting and making the customer look and feel wrong with out checking themselves is rude and terrible service. We had to request he checks with the chefs but he never provided an update and tried to cover up his mistake.

Gracie is the best in the whole world! She made our experience here so so so good! We will be coming back again and again. The Christmas decorations were so pretty and the view was amazing too. Gloria was awesome as well! The food is amazing! Great drinks

I do not know what has happened to the kitchen, but this is easily the worst holiday meal we have ever had. We ordered the serano ham fritters and they were frozen. Not once, but twice. We visited back in October after my mother’s memorial with family from out of town because we loved the atmosphere and food, but were sadly disappointed then. We came back with the hope that Christmas dinner would be better, but again sadly disappointed. The food here was always exceptional, but now I feel we are served frozen meals and foods stored pre-made. Our go to has always been the filet mignon and even that was over cooked and significantly smaller than the past. The beloved barrata as our starter? It was represented by a terrible replacement with no complimentary ingredients. We have eaten at Panorama on several occasions within the last few months, but will be changing our future plans. Side note: the purple potatoes? Those absolutely do not complement your red meat dishes at all. Anyone, regardless of hospitality knowledge, would know that these two color choices do not work well together. Our Christmas dinner was less than ideal. We sent the appetizer back as it was frozen to receive a frozen replacement. The filet mignon overcooked, served with a replaced arugula sauteed? Terribly executed. It will take a complete menu revamp and chef execution to have us return again. Terribly frustrating… Regular guests.

About two months ago, I went to Panorama on Seven with my husband. I was pregnant at the time, so the food wasn’t quite to my taste — I’ve had better salmon elsewhere. I had ordered a seafood dish, but it wasn’t cooked properly, so I chose another option. The waiter kindly told us that the first dish wouldn’t be charged, which we really appreciated. The view and the ambiance of the place were lovely.

Amazing food and great service. Too loud and kids running around everywhere unsupervised (one had a cookie), in the way of waitstaff, who handled it very gracefully. Really good drinks and awesome waitress!

Great restaurant located on the 7th floor (but lobby area) of the Marriott in Buffalo. Nice large windows with beautiful sunlight shining through. Ample seating and a menu with all classic breakfast options on it.
The food was great and plentiful. They definitely give enough and then some! The prices are also pretty good! Service was also very commendable!

Me and my husband came here for our anniversary the other night, we got appetizers before going to helium for the night. Our server Jimmy was amazing, he even noticed my husband bisons hat and came back and gave us tickets for a bisons game that he said he wasn’t going to use. How sweet, our son is going to love it.
Anyways, the bread, cream of mushroom soup, risotto, purple mashed potato’s, and salad were great, along with my loganberry drink. The prices aren’t bad either. We will definitely be coming back again.

We dined here last night and were celebrating my son’s 16th birthday. We were seated at 8:40 and the staff was very nice, the restaurant was a nice atmosphere and the bar area was busy, the restaurant area not so much. We ordered fairly quickly and received our meals around 9:40. The food was okay, the filet mignon with blue cheese butter was tender and the presentation was nice. I ordered the carrots and a Caesar salad and both were okay, the risotto was terrible and had no flavor. At around 10:10 we ordered dessert. I asked for a cheesecake with a candle to sing happy birthday. At 10:45 I asked the waitress how much longer for the dessert, the kids were getting tired. After a long wait she returned and we were told the kitchen was busy and it was going to be much longer. We now approached 11pm and asked to speak with a manager as our kids were getting tired and we just wanted to sing happy birthday at the end of our meal. She then apologized and afree another 15 minutes the waitress returned with the desserts and we were told the manager was too busy to come to the table, but the dessert was on the house. We were visiting for the Bills game and chose the restaurant to celebrate based on reviews and the location. Unfortunately the service was terrible and the fact the wait staff knew we were celebrating a kids birthday and was so dismissive of us was disappointing. If your on the fence whether to book this restaurant I recommend skipping, you would have better service & food for far less expensive.

We celebrated my parents’ anniversary here with my family, and everything was absolutely amazing! My parents were beyond happy — our server even opened a private room for us so we could take some unforgettable pictures. The food was outstanding, and the cocktails were simply incredible — I’m honestly a bit sad I couldn’t try them all Highly recommend this place 100%!

Notre Dame 2025 football is the absolute standard of dominance, poise, and all-around greatness—and Panorama on Seven is the exact same thing but in restaurant form. You walk in and it feels like the Irish running out of the tunnel at South Bend. The energy is electric, the view is unreal, and the food? Let me tell you—it’s a Marcus Freeman game plan on a plate.
I started with the Romaine Caesar, and I swear it had the crisp crunch of a Benjamin Morrison pick-six. Perfectly dressed, bold but not overdone, like CJ Carr dropping a 40-yard dime in stride. Then came the Gem Salad, which was sneaky good—like Jordan Faison catching everything thrown his way. Balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, the kind of thing that humbles defenses and your taste buds at the same time. And then…the Bucatini Carbonara. Listen, this wasn’t food, this was a Heisman campaign. Creamy, rich, salty perfection, with pancetta coming in hot like Xavier Watts blitzing the quarterback. Every bite had the swagger of Notre Dame putting Miami in their place.
And the mixed drinks? Absolute fire. Smooth like Jeremiah Love breaking through the line, quick to hit like Jaden Greathouse off the snap. By the second round, I was convinced the bartender was running a spread offense—fast-paced, versatile, and undefeated.
Panorama doesn’t just feed you, it recruits you. It’s the 5-star program of rooftop dining, the kind of place that could line up against Georgia or Alabama and walk out with a win. Every detail, from the service to the plating, is dialed in like Marcus Freeman on a headset, and the whole night felt like I was watching the Irish win the natty.
If you’re not eating here, you’re basically rooting for USC—and nobody wants that. Panorama on Seven = Notre Dame Football 2025: elite, disciplined, dominant, funny in how unfairly good they are. The view, the vibe, the food, the drinks—it’s all touchdowns, all grit, all glory. Panorama is the national champion of Buffalo dining. No debate.
