I’m really disappointed with the cachapa with picanha at Panna in Weston. They literally put only five tiny pieces of meat on it. That’s incredibly miserly and honestly feels disrespectful. I expected a proper portion, but this was just ridiculous. Definitely not worth it. I am paying more basically for a regular cachapa ‍♀️

Today’s delicious lunch was at Panna.
It’s in the gas station/car wash on the East side of Weston Road just South of Royal Palm.
Walking in, The aroma is really nice. The kitchen is fully visible and as spotless as the dining area. They were very well staffed and extremely friendly.
I was greeted by a very nice young lady named Marcela who advised on the menu for me as it was my first time there.
I ordered empanadas Colombian style (they also serve Argentine) and picanha lunch with arepas, patacones (tostones for some) & platanos maduros fritos with a side of queso blanco.
Picanha is made to order and everything else was really tasty.
Coincidentally……While I was enjoying my Colombian empanadas… “No le pegue a la Negra” was playing
I will definitely return with the rest of the family.

I want to write 4.5 * but I will put 5* because I really liked food. Unfortunately I couldn’t enjoy coffee because I felt dizzy that’s why I ordered black tea and when I was waiting for food I found out black tea was only with cinnamon. And I already felt like . Please guy get just regular black tea without taste. For people from Eastern Europe like me is matter and a lot of Middle East, English people like just black tea. We really like baked goods. Also they don’t have variety of soda just a few .

I have been a customer at Panna on Weston Rd for years and years and I can’t deny that they have made some good and pleasant changes, but today something very strange happened, and I understand that there are days like today, but I never expected the response from the workers. I placed an order for two arepas, but neither of the things I ordered came out well. One was missing something and they put it on the other one, and the other arepa, which was simple, the diablitos one, came out worse. As I said, I wasn’t upset or anything, but I don’t think the worker’s response was appropriate. When I opened the “diablitos” arepa, I expected it to be filled with diablitos , that’s what we usually expect, that’s how they make the “peluda” and others that you see that they really make it. Well, this one made me laugh and obviously I approached her with a good attitude. In fact, I told her, I know there are days but… and I proceeded to open the arepa in front of them so they could see and I won’t tell you a lot of the faces, yes there was the intention to change it but when I heard the girl tell me “ La medida de diablitos es una cucharadita y ahí si no puedo hacer nada “! …there I almost gave up
here and although this ended up being handled by a very kind muchacho, I preferred to tell well she says that is the measure is ok, but I really told the guy leave it like that I will eat it like that don’t worry but I still do not agree with that teaspoon as she said it and much less her attitude, as a customer service that I was for many years I would have handled it differently, I would have handled it like the guy at the register or better yet I would have stayed quiet and tried to fix it in another way or simply say it in another way
The others that I have consumed I have not had any surprises or simply today it was my turn
Have a great day !

Was not impressed with their food as I was basically guided to get something else. As I thought back..it was because it would require more time putting it together. I met someone and was told to go to the Weston Town Centre instead…better service.

The Panna restaurant in Weston has officially become one of my favorite spots! The food is excellent, and the employee, Geysel, is amazing. This is my second visit, and she was incredibly patient while I decided on my order. She explained everything on the menu clearly and without hesitation. The customer service is outstanding, the place is spotless, and the service is fast. Highly recommend!

Came around 3 and it was busy outside and inside this location , and immediately from the smell , the looks of the place and the menu, I had to save this place on my favorites . The menu had so much options but the arepas were delicious . For it’s own category , this place is definitely a great place to grab a quick and tasty bite.
