I ordered online. I was missing the main meal when it was delivered. I checked the receipt online and it said it was “out of stock. ” It was a stir fry bowl where you pick out your own ingredients. NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL OR TEXT TO SAY IT WASN’T AVAILABLE. NO ONE ASKED IF I WANTED A REPLACEMENT ITEM. When I called to inquire about it, the girl simply said, “Yeah. That can be frustrating. ” That was it. Nothing else, not even an apology. So much for customer service. So after driving all day, I’m having a couple of pot stickers and a California roll. Don’t waste your time or your money.

I have ordered the Chicken and Vegetables here for years. It has always been my favorite. They used small pieces of chicken breast and a great variety of veggies. Now they use some sort of fatty/rubbery chicken that looks to be grilled (might be from the freezer section) and is cut into huge strips and the only vegetables I got were 2 slices of carrot and the rest was celery. It was so gross. Ended up throwing it away after a few bites. This is the 2nd time it has been that way. I thought the first time was a fluke but now I know not to get it again. What a bummer.
