I only wish they had better chili sauce options. I had to ask for chili sauce, rather than being brought the sauce tray complimentary, so that’s 3 stars on service.
The menu is extensive, offering all the Thai classics you know and love, like their Pad Thai which is perfectly balanced with sweet, sour, and savory notes. Their curries are also fantastic – whether you’re in the mood for a rich and creamy Panang, a fragrant green curry, or a spicy red curry, they’ve got you covered. And don’t even get me started on their Tom Yum soup; it’s got that perfect zing and lemongrass aroma that just wakes up your taste buds.
What I really appreciate about Panisa Thai is the quality of the ingredients. Everything tastes fresh and vibrant, and you can tell they don’t skimp on the herbs and spices that make Thai food so distinctive. The portions are also generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth.
The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The staff are always friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably dine in with family or friends, or easily grab some takeout for a delicious meal at home.
If you’re in Burke and have a hankering for some really good Thai food, Panisa Thai is a must-try. It’s become one of my local favorites for consistently delicious dishes that always satisfy. You can tell they take pride in their cooking, and it really shines through in every bite.
I usually order pad Thai with fried tofu to share with everybody( this also taste really great the next day as leftovers). I also order the panisa salad, its super fresh and the peanut sauce that comes with it is to die for. The salad also goes really great with the chicken satay as a protein. Another dish I recommend is the crispy duck , the sweet and spicy sauce it comes with is almost drinkable it’s so good . To finish off the mango and sticky rice is only sold seasonally to ensure it’s as delicious as possible.
I come here a lot and they usually are busy , but the food is so worth it , and I highly recommend checking it out .
I have been here a few times and each time was very good. It is my go-to local Thai restaurant. The decor is simple, clean and bright and the space was quiet enough that we could carry on a conversation without being distracted. Service was very good and I’ve never had to ask for a water refill. The flavors are always incredible. My dining companion and I were hungry, so we had the Panisa soup: was incredibly delicious and left satisfied.
The restaurant was nice and clean even the owner served myself and my wife really well.
I can’t wait to come back to try more options of the menu.
I understand mistakes happen but you do not order takeout to sit in a loud, crowded restaurant for an hour— watching tables come in, sit & get their food before yours comes out.
I just wish they offered for me to come back in XX minutes when it’d be done, or offer to call me, or at a bare minimum offer me a place to sit and a glass of water.
