This place was always wonderful for years and years. However the last few times I have went, the ice cream had a very strange chemical taste. I ended up throwing my last few orders away. I’m not sure if someone is leaving cleaner in the machines and not rinsing them out or if the ingredients have become cheap and foul. What a shame.

BUT I got a classic ice cream cake for my son this weekend, and let me tell you, it will always be the best. Perfect cake crunchy to ice cream ratio, and the icing is always 10/10

Quality I feel has become a real hit and miss. The last two blizzards have not tasted right and to the point they were not edible, even my kids made faces and wouldn’t eat it. I feel like they are cutting corners with serving sizes especially with the cones.

My only complaint here is that its always full of young children / fresh adults running the location. It gets very chaotic and alot of them are not equipped to handle those rushes. I will say they try and usually make it through but at times it’s like a cat fight back there. The owners / managers should do better for the workers and give them better tools to succeed as to say. Overall though they do pretty well.

Staff are hit and miss. Some of them are very nice and pleasant, and others seem to not really care much about the job, or the customers.
The ice cream is typically fine. It’s DQ, ya know what you’re getting.
On a personal note, having delivered food there before, they are terrible tippers. Gave me a quarter tip, and told me to keep the change as though they were doing me the biggest favor.

Not a grill and chill, but typical DQ ice cream and great service. Drive thru also available. With that Brownie Batter Blizzard was all year rond.

Never had bad service or food but it was funny watching the young lady waiting on me trying to figure out my change. The sundae I ordered was $4.24, I gave her a 5 and a quarter, she stood there for a bit with a really confused look, then gave me 76 cents in change, the look on her face was worth the quarter!!
