We always make a point to visit this food truck when in Moab. The vegan panini is packed with delicious marinated veggies and so flavorful! Seriously, treat yourself to some amazing food prepared by super nice people.

The Papichi sandwich was delicious! I think it was perfect when topped with a bite of the house-made pickles. As you can tell from the picture, the sandwich was packed!

The Paninis here are amazing and perfect for lunches and dinner! We like getting the cold sandwiches to-go and they are perfect to pack up for hikes! The smoothies are amazing and the workers are so kind! Definitely recommend!

So delicious! The “Pinch Me” smoothie is the best smoothie I have had in some time. It is so delicious and well balanced. I have honestly been craving it since I had it. The grilled chicken panini is also scrumptious and well balanced! The pickled carrots and pepperoncini peppers were a perfect addition on the side, as was their fresh tzatziki! They were also lovely people. There seems to be quite a bit of underseasoned and overpriced food in Moab, and in many tourist destination towns, but Panini Plus felt totally worth it!

Tried their smoky turkey panini and it was fantastic. Only thing is that the prices are a bit on the higher side. Highly recommended.

Stopped by as wanted to try the Moab Food Truck Park. I wish I had room to eat as the food items sounded delicious and received good reviews, but just finished having lunch. To wash my food down, just ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. Lady working the truck was very friendly and helpful. Before I could find a table, my smoothie was already ready. Smoothie was delicious and could tell they used fresh fruits. Was a nice mix of the two fruits and had a nice consistency. If the smoothie was an example, then will try some of their food options the next time I’m back.

This was just an okay place to eat. I got some type of turkey sandwich with pesto. It wasn’t terrible. Just something I wouldn’t crave or seek.

Great place! The food truck area is very cute with lots of seating available. The paninis were great, good portions of the sandwich with the chips. The pickled broccoli was a surprising favorite of mine. The owner is super nice, I would definitely recommend if you’re in the mood for a good sandwich.

We googled quick bites in Moab and settled on this place not realizing it was a food truck in a food truck park. Turned out to be a nice idea and enjoyable experience. That handed us one of those beepers after we ordered and could freely walk around while we waited for our food to be prepared. I ordered the smoky turkey but was surprised it wasn’t really a panini. It was more like a grilled sandwich on whole wheat. No complaints but could have been on more of an Italian style bread. The sandwich was delicious. We also ordered a smoothy and a salad and the quality was good. We would eat here again.

I’m sure my experience isn’t the standard for all visitors but I did think there were some things that could be improved. These aren’t really paninis I would consider them more of grilled sandwiches. I ordered the hot turkey panini but the bread just looked toasted and the inside was still cold. Also the ingredients are a bit different than expected, most of them seem to be pickled which isn’t on the menu. The price didn’t really reflect the quality of the meal in my opinion however my experience could very well be different than others.
