We ordered the family platter and customized it with koobideh, lamb shish kebab, and chicken, and it was fantastic. The portions were generous enough for four people. The meats and chicken were incredibly tender and juicy, bursting with fresh, flavorful ingredients. Our server was exceptionally kind and accommodating, making the experience even better. We also added the combo platter as an appetizer, and once again, everything was fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. To top it all off, the tiramisu was absolutely amazing; rich, creamy, and the perfect decadent ending to a wonderful meal. We truly enjoyed every bite and will definitely be back! ️

The January office lunch was catered by Panni Kabob Grill in Irvine, CA, and the team loved it. Members from Software Development, R&D, PMO, and Infrastructure were all impressed with the food’s quality, freshness, and flavor. Panni Kabob Grill truly delivers on its promise of Mediterranean food made from scratch. Every dish tasted vibrant and thoughtfully prepared from the grilled proteins to the fresh salads, wraps, and perfectly cooked basmati rice. We had a variety of selections across our team of 10, including: Koobideh Ka‑Boxes with basmati rice, hummus, and tzatziki; Chicken Ka‑Boxes and Flat Iron Steak Ka‑Boxes; Rigatoni Rosa; Chicken Caesar Wrap; Chicken Brie Panini with Caesar Salad; Falafel Ka‑Box with a sweet touch of Baklava; and Strawberry Date Salad with a Cup of Chicken Soup. Every single item arrived fresh, well‑packaged, with every team member’s name on their own individual box lunch, and full of flavor. The koobideh and chicken kabobs were especially popular, juicy, seasoned perfectly, and paired great with the rice and sauces like hummus and tzatzki. The wraps and paninis were equally impressive, and the pasta plates were a big hit for those wanting something heartier. Even the dessert was memorable. Our team truly appreciated how consistent and high‑quality the food was across such a diverse order. It made our monthly team‑bonding lunch enjoyable and brought everyone together around a meal that felt homemade. Thank you, Panni Kabob Grill service team, for helping make our team lunch a success. We’ll definitely be ordering from you again for future office events!

One of my favorite restaurants in this area. What a fantastic value this place is. Might go to is always the chicken kebab plate with Greek salad and a side of tzatziki or hummus. My wife always gets the chicken wrap.

Panini Kabob Grill is my go-to spot for a delicious and healthy meal! The service is consistently great, and the food is always a hit. I especially love the Charbroiled Chicken Shish Kabob; the chicken is always perfectly cooked, tender, and never dry. For groups, the Family Kabob Combo is a fantastic value, and it’s perfect whether you’re dining in or getting it to go. My favorite option for the included salad is the Mediterranean Greek Salad, which is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

Very bad service, we had to wait more than 20 minutes until they took our order. All the waiters are busy inside the kitchen!!! It was also very hot inside the restaurant. The food was tasteless without any spices. Also lentil soup was bad. Just the salad was good.

Man… this spot fell way off. I don’t know what happened, but the food was straight-up trash this time.
The beef came out raw in the middle like they didn’t even bother cooking it, and the chicken? Dry in some parts, raw in others. Like… how you mess up BOTH??
This place used to be good, for real. I used to hype it up. But after this?
Yeah, nah… that’s the last time I’m pulling up here. Total waste of money and a terrible experience.

had Panini Kabob on my radar for a while, and I’m glad it didn’t disappoint. The food was delicious and well-prepared. I ordered the steak kabob with salad, and it was incredibly juicy and flavorful. The prices were very reasonable too. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Fantastic food as always.
The service was absolutely horrible.
The servers never came, when we went up and called them they still took forever. When we asked for something they forgot it. No water was served even when we asked.
The attitude made us uncomfortable. Never coming to this location again. Restaurants need to train their employees better.

Panini Kabob Grill restaurant is a nicely decorated. It’s divided into one long chamber and a patio. It’s located in the Los Alivos marketplace, Irvine. The double koob kabob was great. It came with side salad of your choice. The green lintel soup was very thick and tasty., The restaurant deserves a 5 stars overall review for the ambiance, location, and food taste. Today September 3rd, 2025 we went back again to panini and enjoyed the food and the service to the max. If you are a couple and like kebab and chicken, you may want to consider sharing the two skewers with sides of safran and Greek salad; it’s enough for two. Thanks to sezar for a great service.

Driving from San Diego to LA, we made a strategic pit stop in Irvine – a town built on planned perfection and protein bowls.
Our host, clearly a veteran in both business and grilled meats, picked Panini Kabob Grill for a late dinner meeting. What a great choice. This place is like the United Nations of Middle Eastern flavors – a little Greece here, a touch of Lebanon there, some Israeli street food influence, Arab grill and spice, and maybe a polite nod to the whole Gulf region. (Although let’s be real: nothing beats a juicy Iraqi kebab, and they know it.)
The salads are top notch – tossed and Greek varieties, loaded with all the things you swear you’ll eat more of after vacation. The portions are generous, and surprisingly, you won’t leave feeling like you bathed in wannabe Italian restaurant olive oil and garlic.
The rice won’t win any Afghan or Saudi awards, but it fills the plate. And frankly, you’re too busy debating whether to order another round of kabobs to even notice.
Panini Kabob Grill is that rare find: a feel-good, no-fry, Mediterranean comfort zone where the hot and cold mezze flow like family gossip. And once you’re hooked, you’re basically on the guest list for life—even if you’re not Arabic, Euphrates-born, or descended from either side of the Jordan River.
Bring your appetite – it’s about to get diplomatic.
