So Amazing!! Empanadas were full of soo much flavor! Everything we had was so fresh and delicious. Try the sauces they provide, you will not be disappointed at all! They have their entire menu available when they open, for us that aren’t exactly breakfast people it made our day! The location is quaint and cute. The staff is kind, attentive and very helpful. Check them out!

Food was absolutely delicious, may have been the best empanada I’ve ever had. It was soft by flakey and crispy. The beef was tender, flavorful and juicy. The sauces provided were great as well. The owner was very friendly and made great conversation. Wish we lived closer and could visit more often.

I absolutely loved this place! I’m a native Peruvian and the flavors at this spot were spot on. I absolutely recommended it for breakfast or brunch since those are the only times that I’ve been there. Their portions are decent size as well and every time my mom gets a chicharrón sandwich, she almost gets two sandwiches made from all the meat they put inside. This is a spot you have to try. I also love the atmosphere and the decor inside the restaurant.

Hours. Get there early because closing time is 7. If you get out of work late, you might not make it before closing time.
Location. It’s bit of a drive to get to. A bit out of the way.
It’s a smaller space. So it could get full.
Bad:
It’s Hot. I would recommend getting the food carryout if you prefer a cooler environment.
The food was excellent. (Felt like a mom and pop restaurant, I think I heard someone say mom can you make “this” for me.) The flavor/quality was reminiscent of Dr. Limon in Kendall and Weston (before they closed down). No chewy bits in the meat, fries were just the correct crispness, rice was good. Portion was good. The Papa Rellena was a delight to find. Typically rare to see or sold out when you can find it. A bit closer to homemade, as opposed to other restaurants where the summary of its assembly is further from a Peruvian Papa Rellena and closer to some Frankenstein creation with a name. Overall we enjoyed our experience and look forward to returning and trying out other dishes.

The papa rellena and lomo saltado were delicious! I was happy I was able to get the papa rellena in particular since it’s so hard to get or not available at most Peruvian restaurants. I also can’t wait to try the sanguche triple next time. Really there are a lot of things on the menu I want to try. The place is small and I definitely left smelling on of delicious food. I could see it getting full quick and opting for take out.

I ordered a Desayuno Lurin which is a pork sandwhich with sweet potato and thin fearher-cut onions in a bit of lemon juice. The sandwhich comes with a pork or chicken tamal and a cup of coffee. It was delicious and I intent to return soon. The place is small but my food was very good. This type of food deserves a bigger venue.
