Ordered a salad from door dash. Maybe Panera was having an off night.
Salad was bitter, rusty, and the fruit seemed old.
I did order late 830ish. The bread an brownie yummy.

One of the favorite places to meet. I really like the salads here. Always perfect. And my favorite soup is broccoli cheddar. Baking is always perfect.

I had a craving for the pesto chicken ciabatta dipper so I went to Panera (drive through). They were out of the sauce, unfortunately. The woman taking my order was ready with a suggestion to try the same basic sandwich with a different sauce, but did advise me it might not be the same (of course not, that pesto is delicious). I opted for the garlic aioli on my sandwich. She gave me a little discount since the sauce was out, which was unexpected but very nice of her. And the sandwich was delicious. A bit more “plain” than it would be with the pesto, but still good.

Puny portions every time.

This is not a place to get any protein. Whether it’s on a salad or a sandwich, they are cheap with key ingredients, especially protein.

The environment is cozy, the people are often very friendly. And they’ve got great coffee drinks. It was very convenient to where I was today so I checked them out again and it’s the same every time.

Today I got a souffle and it looked like it might be like a quiche. The ingredients listed egg.

But basically it was a croissant with one tiny little half leaf of a spinach and a teaspoon of some fake cheese ( it may have been mixed with a teeny tiny bit of egg?) I could taste zero egg even the fake cheese part was like they brushed it on. It was not fulfilling or tasty to eat at all.

It was gross and overpriced for what I got, and I left totally hungry.

The food itself was a zero but I gave this a two-star because of friendliness.

The food here is very good, some of the best fast food around. Their Tuesday bagel special is one of my favorites so I can share with my buddies at work and not break the bank. The online ordering is excellent, but it’s difficult to delete an item if you are placing a modified re-order. Services decent, with average wait times. Sign up for their rewards program and take care of their bagel special, and you’ll be rewarded regularly!

Cashier Daniela was terrible. I ordered a half sandwich Dipper and am allergic to tomatoes. I asked if I could swap out the soup for a different one and that I could pay the difference if needed. She said it was not possible. So I asked her to remove it so it wouldn’t be in the bag with my other food ordered. She said yes, then asked over and over on items that I had already clarified, like bread instead of chips.
When I got my order, there was tomato soup with it. I feel so bad wasting food, especially food I specifically asked not to be included in the order. I am just glad it didn’t spill in the bag and was contained so I could eat my other food. Disappointed.

I came into this establishment once to pickup a food delivery for a customer.

When I arrived there were about 6 or 7 employees working and they all looked at me but refused to acknowledge me or assist me.

After waiting 10 minutes I asked an associate walking by to check on my customers order- she told me they didn’t have the order .
I called my partner company and informed them the merchant claimed not to receive the customers order and it should be cancelled- when they employee heard this she came over and told me that they had found the order and were working on it so I relayed that information to my partner company.

AS SOON AS I HUNG UP THE PHONE the employee proceeds to be like yeah we actually don’t have it and I had to call my partner company again to cancel the customers order.

All the people working here are absolute jokes. There is no professionalism, there is no customer care or consideration and they have no problem lying to your face and creating chaos for their own entertainment. The manager is just as bad if not worse than the rest of the employees here.

This is my fave Penera Bread located in the valley, way out – Sullivan exit, next to the freeway but you can drive over short distance to the valley mall & Walmart; I wish there were more locations…I have to drive out to the valley just to visit here b/c the one on Division is so not my cup of tea. I hope that location improves there. It’s so not Penera Bread to suck. I have been to many other Penera Breads in other states and for the most part they are very relaxing. Penera here does a perfect job on my plain bagel, which I enjoy double toasted w/cream cheese on the side. The coffee is always awesome, taste good, and it does the job. I rate Thomas Hammer first – Penera Bread second – Starbucks never again. Penera Bread has the raw sugar…options in creamers is a plus, for serious! The employees are so neat and polite. I really like coming here b/c there are times when I don’t have to see clients so this is also one of my favorite pass times…it’s comforting to visit a place, know that you spent good money and it be worth it during a time-out. This location is roomy. THE BAD: The tables are always dirty. I feel real foolish wiping my own table when I expect good service but the tables and clean seats don’t seem to be included…sigh !

Tried Panera for the first time. Food was great but we will never go back. There was a family there letting their dog eat off the table and out of the soup bowl. We were shocked that the restaurant did not say a word to these people.
