Stopped by after an even on the way home got 20 nuggets. It was slow so I don’t understand why they did this but it looks like they gave 16 nuggets and a torn apart chicken patty? Wouldn’t have mind waiting for them to make more or even new ones since the ones I got were obviously sitting there a while. Called and their response was “well you can come back and return them for new tonight or tomorrow but you have to bring the box and all its contents”. Mind y’all I live 20 minutes away. That was supposed to be dinner. Do better.

This place is usually great for me and I get fresh food but this morning was awful . Asked for a #2, which is a sausage, egg, and cheese mcmuffin, which I wanted it toasted lightly. Got the meal and the muffin was very hard and the sausage was old and dry. I tried eating it but it just was not that great unfortunately.

Edit: Filled out the form the business linked. Spoke with a person in customer service. They said it was company policy, but “they were sorry I didn’t have a good experience.” So if you visit this location be sure to thoroughly inspect your food before taking a bite. I’ll just be skipping this one, though.

It’s McDonalds. My only expectation is that they get order right, or fix incorrect order. They failed to meet this low bar.

I ordered 2 Sausage egg McMuffins and 3 hashbrowns. Got two hash browns and 2 ham egg McMuffins. Bit into one of said McMuffins before I realized. Took food back with receipt for replacement. Lisa, the manager, would only replace 1 McMuffin because I “ate” the other one. As said I took a bite out of it and that’s when I realized it was wrong. Would not give the hashbrown. I guess because no “evidence” I didn’t eat it? Anyway, Lisa is NOT a good manager. Had to pay twice for one McMuffin and one hashbrown.

Further evidence Lisa is not a good manager – after I explained the situation to her a second time, she acted like she was going to make it right. Then had the nice teenager at the window charge me while she hid behind the friers.

I gave my code at the speaker and got to the window and the special that I had gave the code for wasn’t accepted eventhough on the app it said it was accepted so I got to the window and the guy at window said the code was invalid and proceeded to look at my phone inside my car and took a different code off. My phone and I explained to him that he had already taken one code, and I should be getting the special and so then he calls over a shift lead, and she was about no help either. So I’m just wondering, do these people not know what the app is or how to work the app to answer questions about the app. I mean, you do work for the company that there’s an app for you should be able to steer customers in the right way when it comes to operating the app within store purchases. I left because it just wasnt worth it to stay after the encounter. Do better people.

REVIEW: Most mcdonalds in the area but this one in particular needs to do better at doordash orders. When you’re getting doordash the dasher isn’t allowed to inspect the food before leaving and the customer obviously isn’t there to do it. So 75% of the time I’ve ordered from here there is something missing or incorrect. Just now I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel…had to ask the dasher to beg them for extra sauce on the side bc no matter what I do I can’t ever get extra sauce put on the sandwich. He succeeded and I was so happy to see it. Then I opened the sandwich and it had no egg on it. I’m bedridden with peripheral arthritis right now and my only joy comes from when I get to have a meal once a day ( I snack the rest of the time bc fast food is expensive and it’s all I’m capable of having currently bc I can’t move normal). It’s so disappointing when you spend what little money you have in hopes of enjoying some food and that doesn’t happen. It would be one thing if it was once in awhile but its not. I have to doordash daily and when it’s mcdonalds…its nearly always wrong. Please do better. All it takes is an extra minute to make sure the door dash orders are exactly what the ticket is. Often doordash is needed bc of medical conditions. Have some extra care knowing the person isn’t there to check their food before leaving like most ppl. It may not mean alot to you to send out wrong orders so often but if matters to someone looking forward to it. Please stress to your employees to take more care on door dash orders. Please

Gave them another try. Nope! Deluxe quarter pounder meal was wrong. Was given a quarter pounder with tomato and extra mayo only. Not what we ordered. Food was cold. Nuggets were old and dry

I ordered a few meals. The sweet tea was NOT sweet at all. It tasted like water. It had no flavor. The orange Hi-C was supposed to be a large, it was a small. It also tasted like water. Absolutely no flavor. They didn’t hand me my happy meal. I asked for it. It did come out quickly. The milkshake didn’t have the pink whipped topping. Maybe they were out. The burger was good, but the meat itself had absolutely no flavor. The nuggets were fresh, as were the fries.

Kiosks should be an option, not the only way to order. Not a human in sight to assist. Longest it’s ever take to get fast food. It was all lukewarm bordering on cold. French fries are terrible when they are not hot. Watched a woman wait for over ten minutes to get a drink refill and no one acknowledged her. She finally walked away. Tables were filthy. The woman running food out to people from the drive through would not even make eye contact so you wouldn’t stop her to ask for assistance. I’m usually very kind in my reviews, but this was absolutely the worst experience ever at a McDonald’s!

I love McDonald’s so no complaints here. They hire kids so you get what you get. The new one in Springdale off Don Tyson is good they are training them well. Folks needs to remember how they got were they are.

Soulless big box chain….and they have the most robotic response “click the link to give us feedback” can’t wait til my kids stop crying for happy meals, I’ll never give McD another cent

I always have problems with the breakfast menu, but this problem is not limited to this branch. It doesn’t matter if I order in the shop or on the app, my order of steak omelette usually comes with pan cake, and I don’t like pan cake. I really don’t understand why this happens.
