Warm, clean and cozy dinning area. Food is good tastes fresh and healthy, wished it was more chips options, and cookie is almost too sweet to enjoy and the bathroom gets neglected at times and hate the fact that it’s a code to get in. Also, wished it was a better way for rewards members to sign in.

Pretty nice spot to eat. The ambience and coziness is what does it with this chain. The tables by the fireplace are definitely the coolest.
Since this is a bread place, I usually opt in for one of their sandwiches. Today I had the Chicken caprese I think it was called. It was a tasty sandwich. My wife ordered the Southern Chicken salad and creamy tomato soup. Unfortunately the salad came out without tortilla chip strips so I had to go up and ask them to put them on. I don’t think I should be asking for ingredients that come with the dish but that’s how it is. The hot chocolate was also a bit lackluster. Just seemed like it wasn’t rich enough and kind of watery.
Overall, it was still a good experience here. We also realized coming in for a later dinner is optimal. I would recommend the same for anyone who wants to avoid the crowd.

Its great but my only issue with this panera is that it will take forever for them to prepare your meal I come regularly abd it’s always 5 minutes minimun to 15 minute wait for each car in the drive through if you go inside and are ordering a meal and not something fast from the bakery you’re looking at a 20-30 min wait. The quality is great I just wish they could do things a bit faster. All the employees are amazing and polite its just the wait time you have to deal with.

Walked in yesterday and I was having trouble deciding what i wanted to get so i asked “ken” what he would recommend and he told me the spicy steak stack or the bacon turkey bravo he couldn’t work the register but he was still extremely kind and delightful. Excellent service!

I had no idea that Panera bread had changed their chicken walnut salad sandwich.
I don’t know if I had a bad batch, but the consistency of the the chicken salad that I had- was like wet cat food… BLENDED wet cat food. I drove all the way to the north side of town to get that sandwich and it was so bad I asked for a refund, and left hungry, but also without an appetite if that can make any sense.
Going out to eat it’s just so expensive now, it’s really hard for me to be OK with things like this especially when a business is cutting all kinds of corners and taking things off the menu and “simplifying“ products and ingredients to cut their costs, but raise the prices for their customers. I give the staff five stars for staying professional and kind while I was “one of those” customers today. I mean, my son‘s order was completely wrong, but I really didn’t want to hassle them or waste food and have them remake another meal, then ironically ended up hassling them anyways AND wasting food as well because my sandwich was not it for me. Isn’t that however! I had no issue with the service. It was just the sandwich.

I must say expensive. The great sandwiches grape broccoli and cheese a great place to come once in a while I’ll be back but not as often cuz it is expensive. I spent $56 for two people to eat add a sandwich shop. They’re very nice very clean I love the selection of drinks self-serve.

The rating really speaks for itself. The way they treat customers versus delivery drivers providing their establishment a service is wild. They never have orders ready on time, they intentionally take their sweet time preparing customer orders for drivers while prioritizing customers that showed up AFTER customer orders are already placed and expected to be prepared at a set time. They’re unreliable and often they’re really rude. I’ve had nothing but negative experiences at this location and no matter how much time seems to pass, nothing changes here. The way they treat their drivers is really just gross negligence. They do not care.

I ordered a catering this morning to be delivered at 10A but received a call stating that they didn’t have the staff for it. I was okay with cancelling until the person that called said “each of the other orders is $3000”.
I am unsure why that was added but my $8000 of catering orders over the last 3 months was apparently chump change and not worth the extra effort.
I have been ordering catering from Panera since 2017 but it is not the same Panera I once knew. At this point I will take my business elsewhere moving forward.

I had a 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup. The turkey sandwich was fresh and delicious, but the chicken soup lacked flavor and was very glutinous like it had been sitting in a warmer for hours. For a restaurant specializing in soup and sandwiches, I expect better quality with the soup.

A delivery order was placed for 10 people at a medical office and my Chiabatta dip sandwich was missed. Contacted the store and it took the gall who answer 10 minutes to find our order. Was told you can come to the store or we can issue a refund. No, I can’t come to the store this order was a work related luncheon. I usally order only soup and bread with butter for the bread because of screw up. How can you screw up that well they do. Never receive butter even though it had been specifically listed on the order. EVERY order!
