Just ordered take out. Order was ready and correct when I arrived to pick it up. All staff was exceptionally nice. I was greeted with smiles, offered extras, and thanked for coming in! We got far too much food for us to even finish half. The buy one get one offer was fantastic.

Decided to stop by the drive-thru at 1am on my way home after a 10 hour shift at my job. I requested 2 enchiladas de pollo, red sauce, and NO sour cream. It wasn’t until that I arrived at home that I realized not only did they put sour cream but they also gave me beef instead of chicken!! This place definitely needs to invest in more training for their night employees.

Pulled up to the drive-thru at around 12:45 p.m. December 16th 2025 The young lady said order when I was ready I took a few minutes by the time I said hello to order she had me waiting close to 10 minutes when I said hello again she said again to wait so I decided to drive off. As I drove through the window I can see there were multiple employees in there including some man that didn’t look too happy actually looks somewhat scary looking. So hopefully they’ll upgrade their drive-through service I’m not sure if they’re only helping people that are walking in but you guys are definitely losing business especially if that’s how you guys treat drive through customers thanks for nothing.

Irene in the front costumer service is amaaziiing!!! Friendly polite and very educated and props to the chef!!! Me my self I order a shredded beef burrito the prior day! And it was boomb the following day Irene recommend me #7 oh!!! Myyyyy DEELIICIOOUUSSSS!!!! I totally recommend this place if you passing by get off the freeway and come here!!! You won’t be disappointed!!! I guarantee it!!!

I had the worst customer experience here, a cashier worker messed up my order and instead of fixing it she rolled her eyes at me and started telling me that they may not be able to fix my order. I told her if they can’t fix my order can I get my money back, she said no. I’m so frustrated this dumb worker really was willing to refuse to give me back MY MONEY because she screwed up. Never had bad experience here but this lady just made me mad. I hate leaving bad reviews but this lady specifically earned it. I also asked her if I can speak to the manger she said no to come another day because they weren’t in and that she doesn’t know when their manager comes in. What a pathetic service I received.

I wonder if door dash and Uber eats would like a video of how this merchant treats their customers. Every time I order and I do mean EVERY TIME I order through either door dash or Uber eats and have to go get my food fixed the lady and the little short cook in the back ALWAYS want to argue but I have to show them the description of what ingredients come on that item and it’s never the same. unfortunately this is the only restaurant open by my job at the time I come between 12am and 3am.
