Ordered a bowl of the Homestyle Chicken Noodle soup @ $8.39, the portion was extremely minimal, not close to being a full bowl and totally unacceptable for the amount paid. I could have gone to the grocery store and purchased a can of Campbell’s Chunky Noodle soup for $2.39 and would have had more than the portion provided to me. Again paying more and getting less product is shameful and unacceptable…. Guaranteed I won’t be eating at a Panera’s anytime soon or again.

Cafe style restaurant with bakery and fresh ingredients you can taste. I hadn’t been here in a very long time so I had to refresh myself as to how things go. You order your food at the counter first either at a kiosk or with a service person. We opted to talk to someone since we were unfamiliar. The man at the counter was nice however, every time a pick up person walked in, he turned away to help them even while I was answering his questions. Then he would turn back and ask me again what did I say? There was another person at the counter to help but he just wanted to be I charge of everything I guess. Although it was annoying since it happened three separate times, it was nice because I wanted to know if they could make my tuna sandwich into a melt. Which they were able to toast it at least. We were given our drink cups to fill ourselves and a pager. The service guy gave us a free drink since he probably could tell I was a little annoyed by his lack of attention. We sat ourselves and waited for the buzzer. It was only 5-10 min wait and we found our food waiting at a counter. Nice and hot and eye pleasing! The tuna had arugula, tomato, red onions – no cheese which is why it’s not a melt. Lol They ran out of bread that usually accompanies the soup to dip so they subbed kettle chips which was fine. The chicken tiki Marsala had so many wonderful flavors and spices. It was nice to have a contrast with the tuna and broccoli cheddar soup! They were both so very delicious and perfect for a rainy day as we planned to walk to the Showare center to watch the Thunderbirds game after. We didn’t know what to do with our dirty dishes so we sat a bit and watched other customers pick up their dishes and take them to a station where you throw away your unfinished items or trash and stack up the dishes. Easy peasy. It was a great place to grab something quick with a healthier vibe. Definitely worthy of another visit soon!

Yummy lunch at Panera, the salad was really good with the apple chips and sauce flavor. The only thing I don’t like was how they added onions, but that’s okay. As for the sandwich the bread was really good and the chicken was nice and tender and not dry at all. For the heated sandwich it was nice and toasty but the sauce didn’t go well with the meat. The pizza was pretty good but it was just too oily and overwhelming for me

Had a really great experience today. Ordered online and picked up in the store. The black lady who was checking orders took her job seriously by asking the employees who prepared the meals by validating ingredients and items on the order. She was very polite with the customers and handed each order to customers with care with a smile. As I was walking out, another young black employee who was wiping down tables stopped what she was doing and told me have a great day before I left the restaurant. I have to say, I was very impressed with the customer service. The food was good. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala Soup and Greek salad. I will be coming back to this store.

My second time going to Panera but it was the first for my mom. We were ordering but my mom lost what she was going to order, she tries to look for it but the cashier old woman tells us to step aside and order with somebody else. on the other hand, there was this woman named Katrina i think, and she was the most helpful person i’ve seen in any fast food place. she helped my mom order, gave reccomendations, complimented the food and even my moms name. we need more people like her. I am not sure if she’s knew, but she is awesome.

I probably order food from here way more than I need to lol their salads are always so delicious!!! Keep in mind if you order extra chicken it’s not the kind that originally comes on the salad. I got a fuji apple chicken salad with extra chicken and the chickens were two different kinds. The broccoli cheddar soup is my favorite. The soup does liquidfy after it gets cold so you’ll want to eat it while it’s warm and still chunky. Tried two new soups. The tomatoe soup and the corn chowder. The tomatoe soup was delicious. It honestly kind of had a marinara taste to it. The corn chowder was okay. Also tried a new tea, new for me at least. It’s the passionfruit green tea. It was a very light and refreshing addition to my meal. Definitely recommend this place. Always very friendly and professional staff. Never have to wait super long when doing curbside pick up.

I’ve had two bad experiences with the Kent Panera within this past week. I normally go to the Federal Way and it’s always been a good experience. On the 22 of April 2022 I ordered a Strawberry Poppy Seed fruit salad. It came with no poppy seed dressing no dressing at all. Today I ordered a Ceasar chicken salad it came with Greek Goddess dressing no shaved cheese just chicken , romaine lettuce and a few croutons. The first time I spoke with the manager who said there was nothing he could do as I had ordered through Door Dash. How about training your salad prep people and the person who signs off that it was double checked !!! Will not use this Panera again!!!
