Ever spend $13 for a bowl of lettuce, cheap croutons, shredded cheese, and one singular salami cut into 4 pieces? If you’d like to experience this, I’d recommend eating here.

Second photo was what I thought I ordered. Their “whole” salad that is actually the size of a side salad.

Had a chipotle chicken avocado melt today along with french onion soup. The sandwich was just fantastic. Loads of flavor with a great balance. The soup was great as always. We are moving Panera up on our go to places, they’ve been killin it lately. So much better than fast food and at comparable pricing.

I’ve been searching for a good cinnamon roll in Albany and saw that Panera has a cinnamon roll, so I decided to give it a try.
Stopped by on my break and got one to go. The friendly cashier put the iced cinnamon roll in a bag and handed it to me and I went on my way.
Back at the office, I opened up the bag and the icing was stuck to the bag.
I managed to get it out of the bag with most of the icing but it was a mess to deal with.
It tasted pretty good. Icing had a good flavor and texture and the cinnamon roll had the right amount of cinnamon. But honestly, it kinda felt/tasted like a Pillsbury cinnamon roll. ‍♂️ Not bad, but not worth $5.

Fantastic healthy food. So many great choices. Serious value and fresh ingredients. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Honestly this was not your typical fast food, the food came out fast but it was healthy and looked like a fine restaurant. The price was right too,I got 2 choices for $20. That salad would have been $20 alone anywhere else. I love the real bowls and fork too, no extra waste!

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. When I just jokingly asked if they had to send out for my food the window boy just smiled and sarcastically said, “you have a great day”. No apology for the wait. There is no drive thru at this location, it’s a sit and wait line. Even if it was great food, which it wasn’t, that wait and treatment is unacceptable.

I love the Panera franchise and get a lot of work done at their restaurants. I enjoy the atmosphere, the smell of baking bread, and the very quick wifi.

However, the Albany, OR location appears mismanaged. They are often behind on orders (people standing around, I’ve stood around myself), do not have very professional staff, and the restaurant is ALWAYS dirty. Each time I sit down I have to brush crumbs off the table and not food debris littered under surrounding tables (see pictures attached). The bathroom is always on par with a gas station lavatory as well.

Great chain, this location is sub-par.

Edit: Wow, came this evening to get to work and it was closed. An employee sitting outside said that their manager didn’t come in…

Driving through Albany we decided to try Panera bread , the food was good but they were out of a lot of ingredients that we ask for on our sandwiches. Sorry we only could give them two stars , they should have all the food ingredients for all their menu items, and they don’t.

I came here for the first time the other day with a coworker for lunch. I’ve heard that the food is fairly good but Can be a bit spendy, so I wasn’t too worried. My coworker and I took about 10 minutes to look over the menu and finally decide what we want to get. My coworker gets a salad and the cashier informed him that it comes with a side, so we ask what sides it comes with and he tells us a bunch of different things to which my coworker says he will take the fruit cup. I decided I want to get soup and a sandwich. After about 15 minutes our food is brought out to us and I ask the person bringing out our food if this was a whole sandwich or a half a sandwich and she said half. I didn’t specify when I ordered but when I said I wanted this sandwich I assumed it was whole and they didn’t even ask. They also new this was our first time. Also they gave me the wrong soup. So I took that up there and asked why I didn’t get the soup that’s on my receipt. The lady said oh we don’t sell that soup anymore. Do you want a different soup? I just said it’s fine and ate it. After eating we noticed that they charged us $2.18 for the fruit cup that my coworker was told came with his salad. And when he asked they walked off to talk about it and the manager didn’t even acknowledge us or anything. Just handed the money over and walked off. Pretty rude. Over all $27 for a tiny salad and half a sandwich and cup of soup is pretty spendy. Probably won’t ever come back.
