Driving through Albany we decided to try Panera bread , the food was good but they were out of a lot of ingredients that we ask for on our sandwiches. Sorry we only could give them two stars , they should have all the food ingredients for all their menu items, and they don’t.

I ordered the fuji apple chicken salad. It was super super delicious . As I was finishing I looked over to see an employee walk out from behind the counter and sit at the table…promptly placing his dirty shoe on the table where people eat. I walked up to tell the manager and show her the picture I took. As I was leaving he had his foot on the ground. I did not see anyone wipe the table down nor did this thoughtless fella go get a sanitized cloth and undue the bacterial contamination he caused. This is more alarming than his foot being on there… be warned.

I loved it there! I’d never been to Panera Bread before, and it’s safe to say I’ll be going back again. I especially loved the counter service. I believe the workers name was Lilly. She was wonderful and took my order with no mistakes and perfect haste. She was kind and always had a smile on her face. Definitely going again!

I came to this place last Thursday, went through the drive thru, my mom got chicken noodle soup which was pretty good, their bread is yummy, and I got their pepperoni pizza which is super good! And I got their tomato basil soup which was EXCELLENT!!! Keep it up!

There were no cars in the parking lot. I wondered if it was open! Tried one door and it was locked so tried the other. The counter clerk didn’t ask to take my order. I haven’t been in a Panera in a long time, and those I’ve visited were in the Midwest. This one is vacant with inattentive employees. Used the toilet and there were two sheets of paper on the roll… luckily.

I’m typically a fan of Panera but I did not like the turkey BLT. The service was great. We ate in the restaurant and they brought our food before our pager went off and they introduced themselves and let us know to ask for anything we need. It felt like a table service restaurant instead of counter service. And the food was ready really quickly. Unfortunately the food wasn’t great. One side of the sandwich the bread was soggy and falling apart and the other side was too chewy. It completely fell apart. I’d go back but I wouldn’t order the turkey BLT

I ordered the smoky buffalo chicken sandwich or something like that and it was absolutely disgusting. The bread is good but what is on the inside was like cheese and chicken that was it no sauce the vegetables it was something I could’ve made at home and to be honest, I wouldn’t even make it home without putting extra stuff on it to make it delicious. I really want to go back and exchange it or get a return but as we all know that’s kind of embarrassing. I also ordered the Mexican Street corn chowder and that was actually pretty good and their ships were good in a slice of bread that came with the soup is good and the water is good but that sandwich not good at all. Really disappointed because I wanted to try a new place. I’ve never been before and I wasn’t happy. Also, it takes literally 20 minutes if you’re going through drive-through

At Panera bread right now: the service was the best I’ve had in a Panera Bread across the country. Also, the atmosphere and seating area was nice and relaxing. Christina on staff was very helpful and her attitude was what gave me a reason to write a review. Thank you for showing you enjoy your job and take pride in your work and restaurant.
