I have NEVER been to a worse drive through in my life. Not only were they out of basically every key ingredient for every menu item (poor inventory management on their part), but this location also always takes forever to get things out the window. They also charged me for two drinks when I only ordered one. I have actually spent thirty minutes waiting for my food at the window. COMPLETELY unacceptable. Both of these things have happened on multiple occasions. For a more expensive establishment, I expect much better service. A McDonald’s does better than this, and I regularly spend upwards of 30$ here for two people. I will NOT be returning to this location EVER again.

Was greeted immediately when I entered, I like the entry area with the displays, the cashier helped me with the menu since I hadn’t eaten there in a while and was happy to be guided through it to some good selections. The dining area is marked for covet but still comfortable lots of window seating. I enjoyed their French onion soup and their Napa chicken salad.

Ordering at the pickup window is a complete dice roll regarding whether you get what you’re charged for. Be sure and double check before driving away. The quality of most of their food is high, especially their bakery items and soups, but steer clear of their so-called pizzas. The serving sizes don’t justify the high prices, but if saving money is your goal, you’re in the wrong place anyway, Panera being the Starbucks of fast food.

Wow…..We dined in at PB and ordered the Teriyaki Bowl and since I shop, I know the price of most things and the amount of rice, chicken and broccoli in this bowl couldn’t have cost PB more than One dollar yet they changed $13.99! My wife ordered mac cheese and for what would be a single side portion they charged $8.00. $ 4.00 for soda…….Never going back

The food was alright. I wasn’t expecting super high quality food as Panera is fast food, however what I got for how much I paid was pretty mind blowing. The sandwich in the picture was almost $6, just for this tiny half. It didn’t have ANY of the veggies listed on the menu and a small portion of what appeared to be canned chicken. Pretty disappointing. The soup was alright, but for how much I paid, I’d rather go somewhere a bit more high quality and consistent.
