I always like coming to Panera, because of their good and tasty food. Not only is their food fresh, but they are also consistent from location to location. I visited Panera in different locations and states. The service in general is friendly and they put in the necessary effort to prepare the exact food you ordered. The ambiance is appropriate for that type of restaurant with large windows and outside seating when the weather permits.

Not the staffs fault, in fact the staff was very friendly and professional, but the food quality has dropped off a cliff. If I could leave less than 1 star I would the food that my son and I have been enjoying for years is now extremely disappointing, the chicken for our sandwiches was fatty squishy and just unedible. The bacon was very fatty and chewy and the bread side is now very small, which was even sadder as it was the only edible thing we got for over $40. If you want to charge $18 for a tiny sandwich at least bring the quality food back. So sad something my son and I ate at and enjoyed every road trip we took for over 15 years will now be a place we will never return to.

As expected, it delivered the typical Panera Bread experience, with a menu full of delicious options and friendly staff. We ordered blueberry bagels with butter, which were fresh, soft, and perfectly paired with a light spread of butter. We also had the classic tomato soup, which was flavorful and comforting—just what you’d expect from Panera. The service was efficient, and our order was ready quickly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with great service, making it a perfect spot for a quick bite or a relaxed meal. I would definitely visit this location again whenever I’m in the area and craving some fresh bagels or a warm bowl of soup.

The staffs were friendly. The food speed was a bit slow but still acceptable. There was at least a critical problem in this location tho. The dining space looked dirty and flies pretty enjoyed themselves in the restroom. I’m not trying to bitter and sour but to provide some constructive feedback. By the standard of Panera Bread, this location definitely needs significant improvement.

I had the worst experience ever at Panera. When I went through the drive-thru, they told me they were busy and asked me to wait for 20 minutes. As I grew tired of waiting, I arrived at the front door to place my order. The restaurant was literally empty—no one was dining in. All the staff seemed to be scrambling as they discussed the lack of materials.

Absolute horrible service. I waited over 15 minutes for “rapid” pickup, and watched every other person in the establishment be served and asked where my order was, only for the employee to look at the scale with my open bag not closed up just sitting there. They knew I was there for that order when I got there but couldnt give it to me for whatever reason. Then the manager proceeded to act like nothing happened, no apology for the lack of service or the extra long wait. The laziest workers I’ve ever encountered in nearly 40 years.

The fast line kiosk for ordering food was handy and they had a variety of soups, bread, sandwiches and other food to order.
Wait time for our order was unsatisfactory and it took over 20 minutes for our order to be prepared.
There was plenty of seating and the establishment was very clean.
Food quality was above average and tasted very well for a fast food type establishment.
Price was around $7-8 per meal item and in the affordable and even cheaper range compared to other similar chains.
Overall, I will most likely be visiting another Panera Bread in the future. I like the soup and sandwich options for a filling homely lunch .

Had lunch. Food good, easily 4. Service initially seemed ok. 20 miles away realized they left out part of our order. Too far away to go back. Was not complicated…chips and bread. Panera, make sure staff gets orders right
