Lately, my experience at Panera has been a mixed bag compared to what it used to be. In past visits, the food tasted fresher and portions felt generous for the price, but recently I’ve noticed both quality and quantity seem to have dipped. Sandwiches and soups sometimes come out colder or less flavorful than expected, and salads that once felt hearty now feel skimpy in toppings and protein. It’s frustrating when the menu still carries premium prices but the portions don’t match what you remember from even a couple of years ago.

Placed an order through DoorDash. Ordered a chicken balsamic green salad, pulled pork sandwich with 2 brownies and 2 baguettes. Salad came with no chicken. Pork sandwich came with minimal pork. Basically 2 slices of bread with a couple spoons of meat. Looked nothing like the picture. Instead of my 2 brownies I received 2 cookies with a note on the wrapper that said “sorry for the inconvenience”. Only received 1/2 baguettes This was my first and last time I order here again. Unbelievable how it’s that difficult to get such a basic order right.

Usually I am very happy coming to Panera. Today, I ordered a Mango Smoothy. Twice I took a drink and plastic came up through the straw. I brought it up to the food counter, and the guy immediately fixed me a new one, without plastic!!!
Beyond that, the size of the cup is 4 1/4″ compared to their small, which is 5 1/2″ tall. That’s quite a blunder on the part of Panera to charge $6.89 for a very small portion of Mango Smoothy. I didn’t like that.
Plus, it’s dang freezing in here!!!!

The food is really good when you order inside of the store, any time I order online, the food is either wrong or just very poorly cooked and just thrown together. Today they clearly pulled cheese off my sandwich because I ordered it without cheese. You cannot remove the flavor of cheese from an egg, it stays even after you finger it to get all the cheese off. Absolutely pathetic employees cooking or putting together online orders here.

I had ordered a Smokey Buffalo Chicken sandwich with french loaf as the bread and fountain drink, got potato chips on the sides for free.
Overall the Sandwich was okay, portion size could be sufficient for one.
Would recommend to wisely select your fountain drink, I found a few of them as pretty disgusting tbh!

Food is okay, but more times than not my order is incorrect. I order online and have multiple issues with incorrect items. Staff is not very helpful or friendly. 3 people walked past me before someone asked what I was picking up.

Missing one soup, called Panera they said I have to re order my one missing soup then call em back to get my refund figured 20 % gratuity would get me taken care of… Nope!
