I went to Panera right after they opened because I wanted some fresh cinnamon rolls. I asked if the cinnamon rolls were made fresh, I was told that they were made fresh only when I got them home and they were so cold there was no way they had been made first thing. They open at 7am and I was there at 7:15. If they had been made first thing there should have been some softness to them but there was none. I won’t be doing that again!

Alexus made me feel right at home. This was my first time patronizing this location and I was not disappoint. The exterior was clean and welcoming. Inside is spacious and intricately designed with an open and organized floor plan. My food was quickly and efficiently prepared. Of course the Chicken Tikka Masala soup with rice and mac and cheese are my favorites.

The food was really good. I got broccoli and cheese soup and my husband got tomato. It was really fresh and delicious. I love going to this Panera to just sort of hang out and snack. The inside has been remodeled and looks nice but I do miss all the random bread paintings that were on the wall.

Food was decent but the cashier could have had a much better attitude. I don’t know if it was a long day or what but she shouldn’t be working in this industry if she’s the type to take out her frustrations and angry with innocent people who weren’t the cause of it. People come to places like to to enjoy the food and atmosphere, not to feel as if their presence is annoying because the staff can’t handle another customer to take care of. I won’t be coming here again. Well, maybe when you hire people who don’t hate their job.
