I really don’t think you can” fix” this you need to sit down with all your employees at your McDonald’s and talk to them! About their work, if their performance at their job is poorly then basically the problem is in your lap…
How many other customers go through the same thing as I did last night, I just will not be coming back to this McDonalds!

Terrible experience at this McDonald’s. Ordered food on the app and was never given a pick up code. Went in and talk to the manager and showed her the receipt and that ch card was charged. Said she couldn’t do anything and to call corporate. Did even bother to make the $10 order right. Zero customer service skills.
I’ll never go back and will encourage other not to either.
The problem could have easily been resolved with a competent manager.

Food is good, Mcdonalds is always good. The service and atmosphere not really. Me and my friends went here earlier (mind u, i eat mcdonalds EVERY FRIDAY) and i get it why they have to close it for 2-4 pm cus of the students, but i dont really like their approach earlier. We were outside and we couldnt get in, so i asked them why cant we get in and they CASUALLY said that “we’re not here to babysit you” smth like that while eating fries in front of me, and dont call me sensitive or smth it was js the way he said it that offended me. The fact that he was so chill abt it and did not offer any alternatives like “u cant get in but u can order online or blabla” like if i didnt ask, they wouldve never told me. But anw, I really love mcdonalds and i just dont like getting treated poorly just bcus im a kid. I wouldnt normally leave a bad review for smth and i get it that theyre tired but costumers regardless of age should be treated equally!

This location (bridgeport) consistently has subpar food. I have given repeated chances and it’s the same thing every time. The McDonalds on 19th and Mildred is worth the drive and far superior in taste and freshness. The bridgeport location noticeably has a younger (high school age) crew, always new employees, whereas the other location seems to retain the same veteran employees. It definitely shows in the quality of food and service. It’s unfortunate as the location is convenient, but it’s a gamble on the food that too often errs on the side being stale (burgers are never fresh here). Staff is generally friendly, but the food needs attention.

The drive thru guy, Seit, I think it was. He had phenomenal customer service, some of the best I have seen in a LONG time. He provided warm, welcoming vibes, and even fistbumped me. He’s a real one, and you should increase his pay/hours.

Atmosphere is good because of the area it’s located. Food suck services sucks im kinda shocked people still go here. 10 for 2 “Mc doubles” not trying to sound old but those were once .99c than all the way up to 2$ a burger Now 2-10$ 8$for a Lg fry come on good luck Try it for your self it will disappoint.

Seriously, what happened to the McDonald’s in University Place? We ate in the dining area for the first time since they remodeled. There were no self-service drinks, no refills, you can’t even get your own napkins anymore, I had to go to the counter and wait for somebody to notice me so I could ask for ketchup (and the guy didn’t even hand it to me; we had to wait for him to bring it to the table) and the price was exorbitant. Eek.

Good location, only issue is they close the lobby so early, 8pm, but the store is clean and staff are nice.
