Very good service and servers! I am going there 2 or 3 times per day( I have special rewards to get drinks every 2 hours). I love GREAT deals. Also, I would advice owner of this location to look at Too Good To Go option at the end of the day. I would LOVE to buy “suprising bag ” from you guys. Just a thought

Let’s start with the pros: the self-order system is really helpful. However, when my order was ready, nobody called me or I couldn’t see anything on the screen. I believe the screen is only for dine-in orders.
I ordered a steak sandwich, but it hardly seems worth $15. I found the food to be overpriced when compared to its quality and size.
None of the tables are clean .

My order was accurate and tasty! It was very busy when I ran in to pickup my online order. I ran out without checking and before I had a chance to realize I was missing an item, Panera was calling me. I was able to return and complete my order. Customer service was excellent!

I was part of a group that went to Panera for coffee after our meeting because it was convenient and we could always find a large table. I hadn’t been back since I left the group so I thought I’d give the place a try for lunch.
On the positive side, the service was great. The buzzer they gave me didn’t work when my food was ready, but an especially cheerful person came looking for me on the patio when I didn’t pick it up. The person who took my order was also very upbeat. And it was nice to see one of the workers spending lots of time spray-cleaning the tables… with a smile!
Unfortunately, I can’t say anything good about the food. I ordered their Signature Take Chicken Sandwich. It’s served on a brioche roll with a few spring greens, little parmesan-flavored crisps (which I skipped), and garlic aioli. You can pick one free side dish: either a little French baguette (an odd choice with a sandwich), an apple, or a small bag of chips. The brioche roll was fresh but the chicken was completely dried out. I think it had been sitting around for a while. It was also much smaller than the picture implied.
Even though the staff was excellent, the food was just ordinary. I’m not a big fan of large chain restaurants anyway, so I don’t have any compelling reason to return.

Delicious. This place has only gotten better. There’s automated checkers to place your order, pleasant music, plenty of seating, convenient location, clean bathrooms, friendly staff, outside seating that is shaded but kind of loud right next to the street, there are L.E.A.D. reps outside (very reputable organization, please support!) to greet you, and it course, the food is unmatched. Thanks Panera!

The service was great. We bought a baguette and loaf of white bread. Excellent.
We also got two paninis. Both were soggy on the edges and had odd ingredients added. Mine had arugula which was a stringy soggy mess because it was added before the sandwich was heated. In spite of that, it tasted great so I ignored the negatives.

The food is always fresh here, I feel. Much better than a Subway or similar chain. The vegetables feel fresh and so is the bread. Most of all, I think the staff here is amazing. Especially Sherrille who always has a smile on her face and is very patient with all the customers, I feel.
They deal with a lot of angry customers and always try to keep a positive attitude and resolve their issues calmly. I would strongly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat or a place to hang out a bit in the afternoon with friends.
