Got one of their new sandwiches….the Mozzarella and pepperoni one…is was basically blah. The bread part was good. Hardly seems worth $12.00 for 2/3s of a baguette with some tasteless cheese and pepperoni. The staff was very nice and friendly but the food wasn’t that great ….seems to be a new trend in fast food. Make the staff nice and friendly so maybe the customer won’t complain about the below par and over priced food. Also very noticeable in the bigger food chains…just so so food with higher and higher prices…time to really support the locally owned restaurants.

I adore Panera’s pastries because they are always delicious and fresh. It’s easily accessible from work and is a great place to pause for a quick bite. But everyone else thinks the same thing. So it’s challenging to avoid the lunchtime throng. The food is tasty and generally healthy, so it’s worth the delay.

The reason why I put 2 stars was because Panera restaurant was small and the menu was so confusing. It doesn’t describe the food in any way. In addition, the food is either overcooked or undercooked. And they don’t serve it as well. It is basically fast food that’s slower than fast. One time I went to LGC for breakfast and it turned out to be closed. So I ended up here. I rather go home and cook myself breakfast.

Came for a quick bite at 3 pm. Must be a staffing shortage or on breaks: overflowing trash, unstocked utensils, long wait for orders with only one person visible in the kitchen. Eventually, all hands came back on deck.
