I have done hundreds of review, but this time I’m first time in life to force to do negative review just because of this business location manager was extremely rude and their food quality must need to be reviewed by top management. Food was served cold on top of that attitude from manager
I don’t recommend this place at all.

After multiple visits, it’s clear that this location consistently fails to follow basic instructions. Whether it’s asking for extra avocado no cheese, a specific type of bread, or simple customization, they somehow get it wrong almost every time—especially with sandwiches.

It’s incredibly frustrating to pay a premium for something and not get what you ordered. What’s worse is that there’s rarely any accountability or effort to fix the mistake. Last couple of times I reported the issue to manager also. They offered me credit for next time but when I am hungry I can’t eat credit or money. At this point, I’ve lost confidence in their ability to deliver even a standard order correctly.

I expect better quality control and attention to detail, especially from a brand like Panera.

I know this place as St. Louis Bread Co. It’s a fine competitor to starbucks in terms of a place to gather with others. Often folks come to this location to study, work, or collaborate. The food is good and fresh enough to be deemed healthy. The baked goods are a lot more decadent but hey maybe that’s what you want? They are affordable and pair well with the coffee they offer. I suggest getting a value duet as the offering is both fair and yummy.

Despite that some of the workers seem to drag their feet and the location could be cleaner. This may be because they are short staffed or perhaps the folks in question are just doing the bare minimum. What that translates to is cold bacon, terrible wait times, and a feeling of being ripped off.

This is definitely an O.K. Panera it could be far worse, come by for some wifi, a cheap and probably mediocre meal/snack, or a drink!

I’m not correcting my post; my very kind demonstrator helped me and changed my coffee.

A little hungry stopped in to get some lunch hear something NEW on the menu The Spicy fajita sandwich and a nice tall lavender lemonade service was nice but the sandwich still trying to figure out what happened to the chicken does not look like the picture or even close it could be the person working on the sandwich or it can be the policy of how much chicken to put on the bread my overview (could be better) other words (do better) seems like I came in for a spicy fajita bread will I go back that part will be up in the air the lavender lemonade pretty refreshing.

Usually this place is good. I came in for lunch and ordered a soup and sandwich. The soup was amazing however, the sandwhich was HORRIBLE! It looked like small chunks of tuna but was suppose to be chicken. Not sure if I would recommend to people now or return.

Rapid pick up is fast and easy. I like there new duet deal. Today I tried the veggies soup and a tuna sandwich and they were both delicious. The papaya green tea is very refreshing.

Came over here with my classmates for a group study. I liked that it was quiet. We had room enough to sit together. I also noticed other people there also studying. Wondered why I never knew about this before. Being able to get good food in a great atmosphere for studying is a huge plus for me as a student. I will be coming back.

I love my strawberry poppyseed salad. This is my favorite Panera Bread. Even though I live by the Long Tree location, I still drive here. My salad was full and fresh. A special thank you to whoever inside Panera Bread made my salad at 7 p.m. on 7/24.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat. The sandwich was quite tasty indeed. Added a macroon, too.
