Just ordered food from here at 7am , I ordered a boberry biscuit with sausage in it and fries, everything was cold and hard, including the biscuit. The fries had no sort of warmth or heat to them, quite literally cold. Close this place down, or do your job!!! We didn’t pick it for you! So do the job right. It’s early in the morning, no reason why the food is not fresh.

Waited 15 minutes for one box of food. Was not busy; workers were standing around staring at multiple order tickets and not packing a single order. Only when the nice lady with the gamecock beanie came out of the bathroom was when everybody actually started working. If you are looking for FAST food, don’t go here.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this Bojangles location. The service was extremely slow, as most of the staff seemed focused on the drive‑thru, leaving walk‑in customers with very little attention. The front‑desk associate appeared to be either new or placed in a role they weren’t fully trained for. They tried their best, but the process simply wasn’t working.

What I found most frustrating was that my group and I were among the first to walk in, yet we were the last to receive our food. Several customers who arrived after us were served much faster and left before we did, even though we only placed a small order. In total, what should have taken just a few minutes ended up taking more than 34 minutes.

The food itself was also disappointing our chicken was just warm, and the biscuits were overcooked. Overall, it was not a great experience. In my opinion, this location would benefit from additional service training and better management of walk‑in customers.

I was waiting in the drive-through someone told me to hold on. They’ll be with me. I waited and waited and waited and nobody ever came. I went to the window. They said I had to go back corral because they can’t take a order at the window. I said well someone told me to wait and they never came back Went in the restaurant waited and waited at the cash register. They finally took my order. They need more help more help because this was very sad. Because I had to go to work believe me if I didn’t have to go to work I would’ve went to another restaurant.

The new “upgrade” feels like a downgrade to be honest. I think I’m one of the biggest Bojangles fans in the world, and didn’t see anything wrong with the old restaurant. In fact, I loved it. I figured that maybe they needed to fix some minor cosmetic issues, and perhaps update the electrical wiring and plumbing. Unfortunately, they completely re-did the entire restaurant, and made it into a sleek, modernized Bojangles. Unfortunately though, that’s not what Bojangles is supposed to be in my opinion. I was also somewhat disappointed to see two (2) screens that you could use to order food, and only one (1) real cashier to take your order.

In addition, for the first time EVER going to Bojangles, the food was TERRIBLE. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes Bojangles can miss the mark, but it’s never terrible. This time, it was so awful that I could only eat half of my food. I took 1-2 bites out of my Cajun Filet Biscuit before noticing that the inside of it was this weird greyish color, which looked absolutely disgusting (see attached picture.) In addition, the fries tasted like plastic and had no seasoning on them.

I’m very disappointed, as this Bojangles was one of my go-to restaurants. Sadly, it now looks like a place I’m probably going to avoid from now on.

DONT EAT BOJANGLES! Placed an order online. Wasnt ready. I waited at the register and said excuse for 30 min while employees walked right up to the register until someone finally acknoledged me. During that time a black lady walked in front of me, was acknowledged, placed, paid for, and received her order in under 4 min. When I was finally acknowledged they said they forgot to make the order. After waiting another 40 min they said they had forgotten to make it again. Then the order was missing sauces, biscuits and a side. The chicken was cold and old and inedible. Customers who were receiving their orders were telling me “good luck” as they left. So now it’s 8pm and my kids haven’t had a real meal. I’m out $60 and going hungry. I will never go to another bojangles location anywhere ever again. Save your time, money and frustration. DONT EAT BOJANGLES

Every time I come here for breakfast. The dining room is closed and there is one drive thru lane open. If the hours on the door say that the dining room opens at 5 or 6 AM.There is no reason why it shouldn’t be open at seven or eight o’clock every day. Some people enjoy dining in that is their peaceful moment to start their day. I work out of my car 12 hours out of the day.It would be nice to be able to have breakfast at the place that I want to inside two hours after they’re supposed to be open. The manager always says that they’re dining room.Person is running late or doesn’t get here until a certain time. Honestly, I think the manager is just trying to manage their labor and are sacrificing The dining room to save a few dollars every morning, which is terrible business.Especially for a remodeled establishment. I will start returning back to the o’neill Ct location where the service is always great. The food is always great and the doors are always open on time

The store is clean and modern. Not very welcoming. We weren’t greeted coming. You’re kind or directed to use the automated kiosk to place your order which seems really impersonal and kind of off putting to me. Also the kiosk doesn’t offer the ability to choose which parts of the chicken you want other than white or dark meat for the 2 piece meals. The server didn’t appear to be the most approachable. The men had hats and the women didn’t seem to have hair nets. Overall not a horrible experience but definitely not a quality experience either.

Biscuits were freshly made. We was waiting to order on kiosk and saw the lady making them. Our mom baked n rolled Biscuits when she worked at Hardee’s, KFC, AND MCDONALD’S. They were awesome and so was our food.

I placed an order through the app this morning so it would be ready by the time I got there. When I got there, my order had not even been started, and I waited an additional 20 mins for a biscuit, fries (I ordered for Bo Rounds, which they told me they had none of. No Bo rounds for breakfast????) and an iced coffee even though there was 6 staff members in the back (I counted). I was the only customer in the restaurant. I went once even a month ago and the staff member let me know she had just got there and she was the only one working so I’d have to wait for my order (placed at 8am when the restaurant supposedly opens at 5am). This location is always a disaster.
