6 days ago I went to Panera with my dad one of the staff employees at the time said she would get a cashier in a bit but that ended taking up about 20 plus 30 minutes and I decided to order it on their tablets. After we ordered the food we didn’t know where to receive the order we didn’t receive any receipt from the tablets and we had figure out where to pick up our orders by looking at one of their big menu screen to which no panera staff member decided to even show us when to let us know when to pick up our orders. The worst part was there was no coffee and half & halfs for us serve our selfs. I literally had to run around there kitchen to let them know those things are empty. They took there sweet 10 – 15 minutes for us to wait again and they finally brought out the coffees & half & halfs. I even went ahead to thanking one of them for bringing us the coffees & half & halfs and this employees and the rest of the other employees never apologized or even said anything about the situation. Just entitled condescending and rude attitude towards me & my dad. Ever since the panera in sand city California opened up 10 years ago in the beginning it was great and up until a few years later the management at that place have had new managers who in my opinion were not good and wouldn’t care if our orders were not made correctly. Never ever going to that place ever again. Never going to waste a dime at that place again. 10 years of horrible services, makes the other panera a lot better than the sand city California. A huge letdown.

I stopped off here today for lunch.I got the half salad and Soup Deal. My soup was broccoli and cheese which very tasty and my salad was southwe best chicken ranch. It had Romain grilled chicken with a drizzle of chipotle aioli,ranch dressing, fresh avocado grape tomatoes roasted corn and blue corn tortilla strips.The meal also came with a baguette and I also got a diet pepsi. Clean, and spacious inside. The tables and booths aren’t super close, which is nice. They even have a conference room you can reserve I thought was pretty neat. Restrooms were clean. Love that there’s a tesla supercharger nearby. I stopped for an herbal tea, orange ginger mint, it was delish! There’s also outdoor seating on the patio.

The only redeemable thing about this place is the staff is friendly and it’s easy to order. Panera made big claims earlier this year in April about lowering prices and increasing portions. Well, the sub-par Mac n cheese that tasted like it came out of a box and was made with water was $13.00, and the caprese sandwich was also $13.00 and didn’t include tomatoes because they were out! This place is a joke with their portions and pricing. Never eating at Panera again

The service here is hit and miss, with one in particular being extremely rude and passive aggressive. You ask for half and half and 15 minutes later you are still standing there while she ignores you, talks to her coworkers, finds other things to do like wiping a counter you are standing next to ect. When you remind her you are still waiting, no apologies just “I will get to it”. I thought it was only me she treated like this but I saw this morning it is not. It extends to other customers as well. When one man asked for her manager contact info, she ran to the back room, still not bringing the half and half. She had managed to fill the the other containers and set them out by the coffee but not the one we had been waiting on. Another worker who walked to the front of the store was finally able to hand us the half and half she had intentionally left behind the counter. This is only one example of months of unprofessional behavior.

When you visit in the afternoon, you’ll be highly disappointed. This is the second attempt. Nearly everything is sold out… Hard-working team members are put in a very difficult position, as there is not enough food ordered to actually be open in the afternoon. It would be great if this place closed at 12… However, they stay open without being able to clean tables, vacuum, stock their food, or have enough of their menu items. Panera is usually so awesome… Not sure what is going on at this location. Dishwasher is also broken. Panera corporation, wake up and help!

This place needs a complete over haul period. Starting with your wait help! When you have customers eating and your employee is banging and being so loud with the dirty dishes is sooo bad and unpleasant. Your food and bread suck. It was just bad on all levels. Revamp and your numbers might improve.

Great place to stop for lunch. Did the pick two and got the Cream of chicken & wild rice soup along with half a Turkey sandwich.
Everything else was great! As a mom to a picky eater, my son loved his grilled cheese sandwich and yogurt! My grandma loved the fresh hot coffee.
My only complaint is the employee that took our order had a annoyed attitude towards us. Also didn’t realize the sandwich came with onion till we got our order but no biggie.

Went around 2 hours before closing, ordered the green goddess sub only to see that they were out of half of the ingredients. I subbed in onions, hoping that it would be enough to make the sandwich passable… It did not.
Ordered the cinnamon roll for dessert, and in spite of the fact that it was hard as a rock, it was the best part of the meal.

I got the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel as I had it once before. I ordered online and it was ready in 6 of the 10 minutes. They give you a small container of cream cheese if you order it. The best of two worlds in a bagel.
I heated it up for 30 seconds, perfection. It comes sliced too.
I appreciate the fact that the employees wear masks and gloves.
