Been here 3 times and it’s been great every time. Ordered East Coast omelet for takeout this time. Excellent food – still hot. Overall, great food, big menu, generous portions, reasonable prices, friendly attentive staff, and quick service. That’s pretty much what I’m looking for in a neighborhood diner. Luigi’s checks all the boxes.

Don’t come back!! Poor service. Had to ask another waitress for a refill on my bottomless cup of coffee. Menu Prices did not match my bill.
Another couple receive better service than I did. Another example of table for 1 is sometimes not fun!!
As a Person of Color, I did not feel welcomed like Dan’s segment on Phantom Gourmet!
Oh, to my waitress. .. I heard u say Bit## when I walked our the door. Did u expect a tip?? Well I rounded up…. u did not deserve that!! U provided no service!!

I’ve been going here for awhile and I can say it’s one of the best breakfast places around. The service has never not been anything but absolutely friendly and accommodating. Prices are decent and atmosphere is great Very ‘swag’ as the kids say

Excellent Reuben sandwich. Friendly staff. 1st. time there. Definitely will stop by again soon. Fast forward 9 months later on July 7th 2020.This is absolutely, positively the BEST place for food In South Peabody. Very nice and sweet waitresses. Always smiling.
