I was really dissatisfied with the service here. My boyfriend and I drive thru pickup ordered a blueberry bagel and two smoothies ten minutes before we would arrive at the location. When we drove through, our order was not ready, even though it was fifteen minutes passed the pickup time. We had to wait an extra ten minutes for our order, and they didn’t let us know that there wasn’t any blueberry bagels left when I was ordering, so we had to wait five minutes for a toasted plain bagel. Next time I’m picking up food at the Santa Maria location, they are always on time

Just went to the drive threw waited 15 min then was asked to pull to the front because they forgot somthing in the order. Waited another 5 minutes finally dragged my two kids in and said I just wanted a refund. They said they gave my order to the person in front of us. I totally understand it was a mistake however explain that before you ask me to pull around and wait longer. Also at that point offer something to make it right. Frustrating

Been Years of the same issue. The headset or the speaker at the drive thru doesn’t work. Like seriously been a problem since the place opened… As a result drive thru order take ages… As everyone has to come to the window, order and wait… Just thought I’d leave this here. Stop by Aroyo Grande on saturday 27, in san luis obispo was permanently closed. We order steak sandwiches and french onion soup, meat not fresh, slimy, the color old and cold. Come with a pack of chips was opened. So disgusting. Might be from yesterday they kept it. How they do that.
