Very yummy and fresh! Tried the new buffalo chicken baguette with a side of caesar salad and it was pretty good, much bigger than I thought. The chicken avocado sandwich, mac and cheese, and candy cookie are my favorite tasting items to order at Panera.

Stopped going here in june of 2023. I was a regular and placed pick up orders regularly but my last 3 experiences were not pleasant. The 1st of 3 they had my order sitting behind the counter although I had already received a message saying my order was ready and it took about 5 minutes to get the attention of a young man with glasses who was on his phone to get my order as the two food handlers were busy and uninterested in helping but I dont think its their job. 2nd incident food was ready but there were bugs in my salad. Not 1 or 2 but a colony. How do you miss this? Some flew some crawled but this was disgusting. Pb and J it is. 3rd times the charm as once again got a message food is ready and once again sitting behind counter. 2 cooks too busy talking about a killer gaming session the night before made it impossible to get their attention to get my food and when I finally did I must have upset them because the enthusiasm in her voice was gone that had just previously existed when talking about overwatch2. This individual then alerted phone boy from the back to fetch my bag so I could make a final exit from this location but the last laugh would be paneras to have as the amount of damage I did to that poor toilet at 2:47 a.m. is I am sure illegal in some countries…

I started to go to Panera to get my coffee since they’ve recently started a promotion for their drinks such as coffee and ice tea. But this location is really dirty and the staff wasn’t even welcoming at all. All that aside they don’t even have a right size lid for their drinks. I went there randomly for more than three times and I can’t even have right size lid and I asked one of their staffs and he wasn’t even trying to help me with this issue. I always order ahead from their app but this location always mess up my order with my drink.

Almost everytime we take out here our order is wrong! Always check your order before you leave. I don’t know what it is about this location, but they regularly leave out part of our order or have given us the wrong item. So frustrating. We love the food, but the service is terrible.

Have had sandwiches and soups multiple times. The quality has degraded over time. The last time the soup was watery and no rice in wild rice soup. It felt like they diluted soup as they were running out.

Attempted to pick up an order for one of my DoorDash customers only for the employees to not pay any attention at all to what was going on in the lobby. So I called the customer and said, and I quote, “Hey , this is your Dasher, sorry for the delay; they’re refusing to acknowledge my existence here.” In an act of sheer arrogance in response to me doing nothing more than informing the customer of what was going on, the manager then walks up to me and asks what my name was to write it down. Unbelievable rudeness and disrespect for those of us who are simply trying to get those delivery orders into customers’ hands.
