Panera quality is back! I had an awesome meal at a great value and the ambiance is great to do some office/school work while you get a pastry and a coffee. I recommend the flavofull strawberry salad with puppy seeds, it was in season and it was delicious. Pair it with the Italian sandwich and you got yourself a great meal.

Panera used to be the perfect place to get a half sandwich half soup and dip that sandwich in the soup all day.
This (pictured) is what they call a sandwich now. Not even enough meat to fill out a full layer of (super thin) meat on the bread.
Asked the manager if I could get enough meat so each bite actually had meat – she said no. This is correct. Lol.

Stopped by just to grab a bagel and take advantage of my sip club perks. Haven’t been to this location previously. The inside is really nice and spacious, more so than any other panera I’ve been in. Service however is quite slow although they did appear to be fairly busy. Waited 10+ minutes just for a plain bagel. Staff was friendly. Parking is fair given it’s location. Worth the stop if your in the area.

10:30 feb 7th , i dont know her name but some younger girl was working the drive through no greeting , just hand out asking for my card , messed up my order twice after parking eating for food , no condiments no napkins gave me ice coffee no ice , had to get down my car to go and get my other coffee she forgot got that wrong asked for a cup of ice for my hot iced coffee gave me half a cup , ignored another customer waiting for food in car walked away from her , phone in back pocket unprofessional and rude can get her name next time because what is that genuinely. 3 times and attitude I’ll take the attitude just don’t mess up the order . Zero stars

Excellent service which seems to have definitely improved or somehow just polished since I left the USA for a while. My last two visits at two different locations have both been more than brand standard Panera excellence, although this location could use more easily accessible if any outlets. Great place to stop and eat that is only a few minutes off of I-10! We love to eat at Panera and this location did not disappoint. The food came out quickly and was cooked perfectly. They have gluten free options available as well. We had the Mac and cheese, chicken and wild rice soup, pepperoni flatbread and Asian sesame salad – and they were all fantastic. Highly recommend.

I had stopped coming to Panera as every time I went their shelves were empty and I’m talking early in the morning. Today pleasantly surprised! Lovely place, bright, clean, great staff. Tony told me they take pride in their store. It showed. After taking my order he was busy wiping tables, cleaning, and greeting the customers like family. Shelves were stocked with yummy looking pastry’s and my bagel and coffee were great, I will be back!

The cashier named Elias was very rude and had us wait longer than 15 minutes to take an order when no other cars were around. I ordered an Asiago EGG and SAUSAGE bagel and there was no egg in it at all.
