My husband went to get me a turkey bravo because I’m 8 weeks pregnant and there are only a few things I can eat that don’t make me nauseous. He ordered NO tomatoes and EXTRA bravo sauce and the sandwich had tomatoes and HARDLY ANY bravo sauce. Really disappointing to spend $15 on a dry sandwich.

Food is actually pretty decent—just really expensive. Service was ok, although it looks like they have a horrible habit of not cleaning anything; there’s crumbs everywhere and the floor has bread pieces. Everything else was good

First time visiting. Great location. Went on a Sunday afternoon. Lots of inside space and wonderful customer service. Food was good & staff were attentive. There were a lot of dirty dishes laying around when we went.

This store is a major upgrade to the one in Redlands and in San Bernardino. It’s classy, open and has the perfect accent of deco to match the theme. The kiosks at the front are easy to order from and help yourself for drinks. The coffee bar is a nice touch. Overall, loved the open feel and the food was good as always. They also have a drive through which is so nice for the times that you don’t want to get out of the car.

Do NOT GO THROUGH the drive thru. Its horrible. Their attitudes and service are unacceptable. I wanted a gift card and it took too long to where I had to purchase a card at Starbucks. The prices are too high for the BS.

I asked for the Mediterranean Bowl with chicken for dinner tonight and I received it with bacon in it which is shocking and unacceptable. In the bowl description, it doesn’t mention that it has bacon in it. I am allergic to Bacon and I had a very bad reaction from eating it. One of the workers said maybe they use the same spoon for all of their sides which is unacceptable again. I feel really sick and I have been vomiting ever since I had the plate. I always get the same order from this location but this time they disappointed me.

Ordered the chicken caesar salad and I was shocked on how bad it was. For $12 I think it would be better. Lots of dead lettuce was packed into the salad bowl so beware! Do not buy salad from here.
