Panera bread is too experience compared to the dull small portions they serve. It’s more of a samples eatary than a restaurant. They told us they don’t serve breakfast after 10:30 AM. Even most hotels don’t stop serving breakfast before 11AM, let alone restaurants. The best thing they have is coffee

We decided to try something different and I ordered a teriyaki chicken broccoli warm bowl. It was drenched in sauce. So gross. I ate it because there wasn’t going to be anything else for dinner, and at today’s prices, I couldn’t afford to toss it. Every bite was literally soaked in teriyaki sauce. My husband ordered the Baja chicken warm bowl and it was just barely warm, not hot. He had to warm it up in the microwave, but his tasted ok. Just a little small for the price. He was still hungry. I feel like Panera is going downhill. My daughter was recently at the one in Lakewood and she received refrigerator cold macaroni and cheese. She told them it was cold and they told her there was a microwave available.

Definitely not the first time experience at Panera bread, always nice to have a breakfast, brunch or a flat bread there, this location is so nice and spacious, super clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful, caramel latte and a nice egg ham and cheese sandwich by the outdoors area in the sun is all you need to start your day, there are plenty of parking spots and spots specifically for curbside pick up and 20 minutes parking, I would recommend this place for all Panera bread lovers, come and try it

Not that I’ve ever had a negative visit to any Panera, I actually favor the Cerritos store location as they’ve absolutely nailed the A++ customer experience I know the Panera brand endorses. The food quality and speed of service are beyond satisfactory in my opinion; and for the most part—with only one exception (she’s an opening manager I believe)—the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Went to this location. The food just wasn’t right. I threw out the other half of my sandwich. My stomach hasn’t been right since I left. The chefs have bad attitudes and just weird energy. Buyer beware if you can go to another location. The cashiers are nice.

Went in to get a couple sandwiches, a couple kiosks did not work but found some other ones by the register that worked. The kiosk did not confirm my order so I asked the taller girl if she can check to see if my order went through and she said she could not check from where she was at so I asked the girl next to her and she gladly checked. Wife went to the restroom and found a complete mess but the staff is not friendly at this place and obviously do not have time to clean.

I came here for a family dinner and here are the 2 steak and white cheddar sandwiches. I ordered to drive up and they were late. They gave me a cookie but come on. Look, where’s the beef? I always get family meals and know they can run smaller than the regular sandwiches but this is way too skimpy and it’s inky this location that I have experienced this at. Sadly driving to Norwalk or downey will be worth getting what I want.

This place is awesome. I love how big it is and the workers are always have bright smiling faces and their energy is high. They have self help stations which helps for those who are on a lunch break. The food is separated from the drinks so that also helps the line not to be so long.
