We ordered from the app. I ordered a large salad. When I got home my avocado was brown and the salad was tiny! A large salad at any other location normally fills me up! This didn’t put a dent in my appetite! My husband ordered a side of cheese and the container it came in wasn’t even a quarter of the way full… .79 cents for 10 small pieces of cheese? Really? This is the closest location to our home but I will likely never go back! We should get what we paid for!!

Went back in today for my usual! My cashier was Maria ! Sha was absolutely awesome! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I wanted the brownie as my dessert today! And she made it happen! She found the last one. Thanks again Maria for great service! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Went in today for lunch. When I got up to the counter, I was greeted by Mickale ! She was very friendly, helpful and nice! I didn’t know what to order. But, I had a picture of what I wanted to try. She knew exactly what sandwich it was! So, I ordered the chicken cordon blue melt! And I always get a brownie , vanilla cinnamon roll ,bag of chips and a drink! I know l’m greedy! While waiting on my food. I noticed, Mickale was doing everything! She was running orders outside, ringing up orders, filing up the napkin holders, putting more straws out , wiping down the drink station, putting orders together! And when my food was ready, she brought over my brownie & cinnamon roll. The food was hot and delicious! The restaurant was clean and well organized ! Thanks Mickale for being so kind and pleasant! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Keep up the awesome work!
(January 3rd, 2024) I went today for a late lunch . The entrance was dirty, the floor was dirty, food wrappers were still on 4 tables and it wasn’t busy! I had the chicken cordon blue, Oatmeal cookies, chocolate chip cookie and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was awful! It was hard and didn’t taste good! I threw it out! Bring back the old cinnamon roll!But, everything else was fine. Please do better with keeping the restaurant clean!⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came here just two days ago around dinner time. I asked the woman at the register what was in the chicken roma and she already had an attitude to start off, but when i asked for the ingredients she was RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I asked her if she could put extra arugula and she told me they were only allowed 1 serving of argula per sandwich. BS! I asked for her name and it was something like Jayvon, not sure I did not want to stay any longer with her attitude. She was not wearing a name tag either. Incredibly rude staff.

It’s pretty small for a Panera Bread, but it’s fast compared to others. Food tasted very “home-y” and staff was friendly. Overall a clean place.
The lady calling out names and giving people their food helped me carry things to our table so I wouldn’t have to make two trips.
We weren’t the only ones who showed up to a dirty table that we ourselves had to clean. That was really the only “inconvenience” but totally not a big deal. I don’t blame the busy staff, I blame the people sitting there before us.

I went to Panera Bread around 7:40 pm and ordered a Grilled cheese sandwich with the tomato soup… I was the only one at the drive thru. No one was inside the restaurant as well. And had to wait 20min just to be disappointed with the food.
The grilled cheese smelt burned and had dry hard cheese on the crust part. The crust part was also burnt. . Would not recommend to spend your money here….

This new Panera Bread location is actually good. And I’ve been trying different items since they first opened in January 2023. Some of the items I’ve tried are pictured. My favorite are the soups and of course the Hazelnut coffee. The bakery items need work. They are not presented very well. Also almost $5 for one of the kitchen sink cookie is ridiculous. And the sanitary practice they have when baking items does not make sense. The person baking let her hair touch the dough and when asked about this they said that it was ok because the heat when baking will kill the germs. LOL. Really so doesn’t all cooking have heat? This is no excuse to be unsanitary. For that reason I give this location a low 3 ⭐⭐⭐ rating. I do like there options of food. Not so much of the baked goods. I don’t eat here regularly for this reason. When I do I don’t purchase the baked goods for being unsanitary and the high priced items there.

My first time trying Panera was super excited to try the crossiant sandwich and when I was eating the sandwich I felt something hard in my mouth spit it out and it was a plastic ! Workers need to be more careful I’m just glad it was me who had the plastic in the sandwich not my kids, this could’ve gone way worse. I told one of the workers what I found in my sandwich and she said she was sorry. Overall food was good they just need to be more careful .

The absolute worst customer service experience I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with at a Panera location.
Ordered for delivery and my drink was forgotten. Called the store and said there was nothing they could do for because it was the driver’s fault and would not offer to send me replacement beverage, and because it was sip club, wouldn’t credit me back any part of order.
The woman who answered the phone was completely unhelpful saying nothing could be done which is an unacceptable answer.

Ever since I saw the cups pushed in the back, my guess due to drink theft, the quality of food has gone down. One oatmeal only has 2 strawberries. Both oatmeal are of different proportions. What gives!
Also why is my cup of oatmeal significantly colder than my partner. My guess is the bowl was brought cold. Avocado disappeared in my sandwich. Either way probably won’t be coming in here for a while. Just spreading the news. I’ll be eating at the other Bread. Shoutout to Panera bread at 2400 S Rancho for showing us a good example of what these oats should look like.
