I don’t mind Panera now and then, don’t have problems, maybe every once in a while. Today, I thought I’d order something new and give one of their other sandwiches a try. I ordered the smokey buffalo sandwich melt and added double meat, a $3 charge. I get my sandwich, and right away, I can tell this sandwich is lacking chicken. For the first bite, I get all bread and a little bit of sauce, and no chicken. I continue to eat it, and as I eat it, I think, “I’m just eating bread, not a sandwich.” My other thought was, “if this is double meat, then I wonder how the regular portion of meat looks?” In the end, I didn’t finish the sandwich. It felt “empty” and bland. The upside, the bread didn’t taste that bad. Other than that, I don’t know if this location messed up on the sandwich or what, but I won’t be getting this sandwich again.

We ordered from a kiosk with the food ready 5 minutes later. Everything was fresh and delicious. It was my first time trying their Green Goddess salad, and it was really good! There was a lack of seating, with several tables uncleaned during the duration of our stay, and that’s the only negative I can note.

I ordered a ‘warm bowl’ Mediterranean $12.79, $3.00 for a glass of ice tea. $16.00 total – First of all, the were TWO — 1 inch x 1 1/2 inch tiny slices of chicken in the whole bowl. I doubt if it weighed half an ounce, 5 cherry tomatoes, brown rice (mostly) and some lettuce. It was not seasoned ‘at all’. i actually stirred the contents around because i was so shocked at the lack of chicken. 2 scoops of a thick bland mediterranean dressing and sour cream were plopped on top. I was really amazed at the price and lack of protein in this meal. It came with a piece of dry bread. I won’t go back. I could have bought 2 roasted chickens for what I received. Sorry Panera, . The staff are very nice but the prices are unaffordable in my book.

I’m only writing a review because this Panera consistently, over and over again, gets orders wrong. Ask for no chicken, receive chicken. Ask for a modified baja bowl with no grains, get grains. Half the time the salad dressing cups aren’t even half-way filled with dressing. The food is fine, but the quality control and order accuracy are really poor. It’s really frustrating.

Food was pretty good. Sandwich was a tad dry but good. The broccoli cheddar soup was good but slightly spicy this time, which was different ♀️ It was our first to go order and I thought my drinks were included in the bag, but it was only the cup no hibiscus tea No one mentioned I get my own drink, they just handed me the bag and said have a good day ♀️ ♀️ I called to talk to a manager but I couldn’t get though ♀️ ♀️
