I usually like coming here. Today I left the doctor’s office, not feeling great. I thought I’d stop & get my sip cup. The gentleman who I think is the manager was very cheery to the woman before me. Asked her how she was and was very nice. I said good morning to him. He didn’t reply. I gave him my phone number.He told me to do it myself. He shoved the cup toward me and looked at the next person. I asked him if one of the soups have flour in it and he said yes and looked away. Not coming back here. I usually tip every time I get my sip club. No way.

If you haven’t signed up for the Sip Club, what in the world are you waiting for? It has paid for itself ten times over! Being able to get a refill every few hours, is super helpful for those of us who travel.
This location is in a very convenient location with ample parking. Love the patio they have outside as well. Every employee we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Can’t speak to food quality as we didn’t eat here, but all soda, coffee, tea and flavored drinks were in stock. The entire store and bathrooms were also very clean!

The manager and cashier lady were super nice and friendly. They even gave us our money back for the cold pizza they served us.
As for the food, I don’t think I’ll come back here again for lunch. I really didn’t like the pizza. I also ordered the chili lime ranch salad.
The ice tea was good.

Really nice man took our order, great sense of humor. Clean, not too noisy so we could talk easily (and we’re seniors so that’s a big deal!). Food was solid as expected. Nice job!

Warmly greeted as I entered. Front counter help was friendly, offered good recommendations and suggestions that upgraded the sandwich without additional cost to the order. I ordered 1/2 sandwich and soup. The Rancher Chicken Bacon sandwich with added veggies was very well made. The Broccoli Cheddar soup tasted very good. Tables were not all wiped down and some of those were overly wet from recent cleaning. It is however a nice place to have a mid-day meal away from the office or as a simple outing. The use of coupons (digital point system) made this visit an affordable yet very tasty meal. Solid 4 ⭐ this visit.

Worst panera I’ve ever had. My bread bowl was so hard I couldn’t bite into at all, I couldn’t even tear it apart with my hands. All of the baked goods I ordered were unbelievably stale. The cookie I got was also rock hard. The bear claw was stale but okay. Honestly super upset that I spent 20 dollars and got mostly inedible food. The Mac and cheese was good but overall bad experience and will not be eating here again.

Breads, bagels, pastries, cookies, scones, and other baked fresh goods available for purchase. Lines were a bit long during the lunch rush but kept moving. They have some kiosks allowing you the option of skipping the cashier and ordering yourself. Once orders are placed you receive a table pager that you place on the table you have selected to sit at and the food is brought out to you as it becomes ready.
Prices are a little high but the food is fresh and dishes are made to order. Their “kitchen sink” cookie is a favorite and a must try for cookie lovers.

The perfect lunch stop on a road trip. We ordered from a kiosk and food for all three of us was ready in 5 minutes. The only hiccup was that our two salads didn’t have dressing included, but that was easily remedied. Everything was fresh and tasty.
