Food and service is decent. For the price the food is not very flavorful, I had to add salt and pepper to my sandwich to get a bit of taste. The mac and cheese is definitely the best tasting food item. This place is okay. The wait time for your food is a bit long.

This location cannot get an order right for anything. When I order hot I get ice… when I order ice I get hot. 9 out of 10 orders have been wrong over the last few months. Sometimes I get so many scoops of chai in my drink it’s in drinkable and other times it’s basically hot milk. I’m not sure what’s going on with them. Didn’t used to be this bad.

The perfect lunch stop on a road trip. We ordered from a kiosk and food for all three of us was ready in 5 minutes. The only hiccup was that our two salads didn’t have dressing included, but that was easily remedied. Everything was fresh and tasty.

I didn’t eat, but I did stand in line for about 8 mins just to get my drink cup. There were plenty of people working, but the front end of the store wasn’t being tended to and when I went to fill my drink, all 3 of the juice containers were nearly empty. I’ve never worked at a Panera Bread store so I don’t know how it should be run, but I believe there should be enough people to tend to customers, and if we are getting our own drinks, the juices should be available. No container should ever get below 1/4 in my opinion.
