Probably the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. So Burger King is my favorite fast food chain except when someone messes up food this badly. The buns were stale and hard like maybe the expired a month ago, the fries were soggy, everything was COLD, and in the night on a spectacularly good note some enterprising employee decided to gift me with about 20 extra pickles on my burger (see enclosed photo). So when I asked for extra pickles on my burger the lady at the drive-thru who is extremely polite and helpful advised me that extra pickles meant one extra pickle I asked to buy a side of pickles so she obliged happily but I guess someone in the back took the hint and decided to put the entire order of pickles on one burger. Do I believe this was an innocent mistake? Not for a second. So now I have to wonder what else this food vandal did to my burgers. Word of advice, save yourself the grief of dealing with a disgruntled employee and go across the street to the Golden arches.

So I know i did it to myself by going. I really wanted it to have changed. Argh..nonetheless we stopped by fries were extremely old like bad, then the worker was sweet and said she would make more…cool..then I go to look at our burgers and child cold as ice. Got a refund no issue. Hence the stars.

I stopped in for lunch and had a really great experience here, mainly because of the young lady who took my order at the front. She was incredibly sweet and kind from the moment I walked in. She made my order fresh, brought my tray out to me, and even checked to see if I needed anything else.

Her attitude honestly made my whole visit. She was the best and she truly stood out because of how caring and genuine she was. Customer service like that is rare, and she deserves recognition. The food was amazing so for that I’ll give it a solid 10/10 and will be coming by more often.

I’ve been here a couple of times, the food is excellent. It’s the customer service that sucks, i feel like every time me and my fiancé go in they laugh at us and our last experience here we got talk about like we were kids because we ordered the krabby patty meal. Would not recommend this place.

The food has potential because it is flame broiled and Burger King, however, the attitude from staff is unacceptable, they are rude, will ignore you, and just act like they can’t be bothered. The wait in the drive thru was 30 minutes, the car in front of me gave up and left, I don’t know if anyone ever came over the speaker for her, I had planned on leaving as well, and canceling my order, but I finally was acknowledged, there was no empathy about the wait, or the fact that they closed the lobby early, empathy and courtesy go a long way. The customer experience is the only thing that can set a company aside from all the competition, something this place is lacking. It is a missed coaching opportunity at the very least.

The past couple of times I’ve been through the drive-thru for breakfast, the services were very slow. It took about 8-10 minutes to get my food. Nobody should have to wait that long for food. This needs major improvement. If it don’t improve, they’ll probably close down permanently before too long. Also, this location needs to update their breakfast menu items. If you don’t have the Cheesy Breakfast Melts anymore, then it needs to be taken off the menu.

I really like BK but this might be the worse BK in the country. Make sure to verify your order. Double check everything you get and then do it again. BK is currently offering the Spider Verse Whopper that comes with a specific color bread. Basically to make it Spider Verseeee. We had to pay $10 for the meal which is more that you would pay for a combi meal. We are told that they are out of the bread. Which makes the Spider Verse meal not that kind/type of meal.

Then we are told we cannot cancel the order and we would have to contact the company for any type of refund. So, I got stiffed and stuck will an expensive version of a Whopper meal.

Terrible. I waited for 15 minutes. Being the ONLY PERSON IN LINE, when i asked for my money back i get attitude and told ,”theres only so much 1 person can do”, (mind you theres 4 employees there). To which I responed, “I understand that, but coming for a customer service and food back ground, it shouldnt take 15 minutes to cook a 3-4 minute item in a deep fryer”. To which the male employee decides to walk up and tell me, ” listen here, I ain’t about to sit here a watch you disrespected a female”. What!?! , A bunch of children.

I was just cussed out by assistant manager shekina with her general manager Frankie who was on the phone because placed an order on their mobile app and they couldn’t fulfill the order as they no product cooked per their words. I asked for a refund and shekina began yelling to call door dash. The order wasn’t placed via door dash. I never got my money or food. The bathroom door for the ladies also doesn’t work. You have to hold it up to get it to open or shut. I asked if Christian was still the district manager as I worked under him and was going to contact him when shekina and the lady in the drive thru began laughing and saying it ain’t going down in here.if you look at your cameras you will see I never cursed them, threatened, or raised my voice but boy does that “staff” have a vulger tongue and aggressive behavior
