This place closes much earlier than they claim. About two hours before closing, they put most chairs up. One hour before closing, most drinks are unavailable. Not to mention that some food items are unavailable hours before closing. In summer it closes very early at 5 pm. For whatever reason, this decision is very inconvenient for customers.

My friend wanted to try the toasted Baggett in the commercial lol. But when we ordered it wasn’t as good as she thought. We couldn’t see any cheese and the tomato and arugula were also toasted with the bread. Needless to say it was wilted and soggy. It wasn’t worth the drive or cost and dealing with the parking meter. Great customer service and a beautiful place. Maybe because school is out they weren’t up to standard…I can’t imagine college students paying for those expensive sandwiches. I encourage to use an app for ordering ahead of time.

What a Panera location! This store is beautiful, modern, and spacious. It’s located right on the U of A campus, and is close to everything. Parking could be a bit troublesome to find, but everything else about this location is great. There are also newer self-order stations which are nice and handy as well.

I absolutely love a good panera bread. I have been a loyal customer for years and do not plan on changing it. However this location always messes up orders. They are more than often out of menu items, example they were out of soups and sides for over a month.

Went into place for pick up order for door dash. Lady with tattoos nose piercing and black hair was rude, there was a African American young adult waiting and she purposely helped out the other customers before getting to him. Sad to see seriously work on customer service lady!

This is probably one of the bigger (and technologically better – see annotated photo below) Panera’s I’ve ever been too. I give it four stars only because, the food seems like “chain” type restaurants that serve pre-packed and “prepared” food.

Great selection and fantastic staff! These folks do a great job with their sandwiches and are hands down the best Panera in Tucson. Every delivery and take out order has been crafted masterfully and are quick to give a phone call if an ingredient is out of stock. I eat a lot of Panera, and these folks are the place I consume from. Thank you!!
