During this fall season, I tried the autumn squash soup and it was delicious. I also bought an orange scone and it was the best I have ever had. It was very moist and it had pieces of orange zest in it. I was thrilled because I am often disappointed with so many food chains. I was pleasantly surprised and so grateful. It’s on the U of A campus in Main Gate Square. If you are in the area, be sure to stop by and check it out for yourself

I had a pick up order for my lunch today. When I got back to my work and opened the bag, I realized how small the salads are now. It used to fill the whole bowl, now it was barely half full with the salad. I had ordered this a few months back and it was good so not sure if Panera as a whole is saying make salads smaller or if it was the staff not being concerned or caring of their job. When I picked up, the staff was not very friendly either.
Also side note: got a chocolate chip cookie and it was as hard as a rock. Not sure if it was an old cookie or what but it was not good. Very disappointing trip to Panera.

What a Panera location! This store is beautiful, modern, and spacious. It’s located right on the U of A campus, and is close to everything. Parking could be a bit troublesome to find, but everything else about this location is great. There are also newer self-order stations which are nice and handy as well.

Very nicely located branch of Paneera Bread. Very spacious with modern self order facility. Vegetarian options were few but taste was very nice. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

I ordered the chicken noodle soup , the group one. I get home to eat after I pick my order up only to find that there is little to none of the noodles and chicken in my soup , for the price of the order and the amount served is not your moneys worth.

This is probably one of the bigger (and technologically better – see annotated photo below) Panera’s I’ve ever been too. I give it four stars only because, the food seems like “chain” type restaurants that serve pre-packed and “prepared” food.
Also, on three visits to this particular Panera, they did not have clam chowder where as the Panera on Broadway does. I opted for the French Onion soup and an agave lemonade. (I’m not exactly sure why the agave is needed since there’s also cane sugar in there. Maybe its because
Anyway, one characteristic that separates this Panera from other Paneras I’ve been to is that you can use a self-service kiosk to order your own food and drinks instead of going to a cashier.
I provide a photo showing part of a table because a little imbedded token-looking item indicates that customer can also order from the table using your phone.

Says they open at 6am but the doors were locked when I went to pick up my large order for work. I tried to call and their phone went straight to voicemail. Someone did come to the door and brought me my order. Then a lady who was waiting outside asked the girl if they opened at 6am like the door says and the worker said they open at 8am. They put EVERYTHING from my order in one bag. 2 gallons of liquids, sandwiches, utensils, all of it. It was incredibly heavy to walk down the block with. I’m glad I’m strong but I don’t think most people would have been able to carry it in one huge bag like that.

Initial time given for delivery was 25-33 minutes. Waited over an hour. Need to update times for delivery to be more accurate. Will not order again from here again.

I don’t eat here often but now I will never eat here again. There was one employee in particular that was so rude. I almost wanted to leave. She wasn’t wearing a hairnet when she bagged my sandwich and when I got home in my sandwich, wrapper was a dark curly piece of hair. I tried calling the store, but the store didn’t answer and by that time I had to go back to work. I cannot believe this happened. I’ve decided that tomorrow I’m going to file a report because this store clearly needs to be audited if there is safety and food handling I highly recommend finding somewhere else to eat The store is not sanitary, and the employee with braces was so rude. I recommend it somewhere else.
