Today’s visit to Panera bread was especially delightful because of an employee named Pat. When I place the order she asked about specific ingredients that she knew magically I did not want in the salad. I don’t know how she knew this but it was so very thoughtful. She also helped clean up our table when things slow down up front. I really like her and think she was a great employee.

This is a nice Panera location. I’m honestly not a huge fan of the food. I feel like it’s a little overpriced and bland, but the unlimited sip club makes coming here worth it. The people at this specific location were all great!

Ordered online from UberEats Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and Bagel Pack with Chive Onion Cream Cheese Tub and Plain Cream Cheese Spread Tub price was decent as I paid about $35 not including tips or delivery fees, food was okay won’t say perfect, could be better, I asked to slice bagels in half which is one of the biggest mistakes I did as it wasn’t sliced evenly!! And the packaging wasn’t the best as the packed the cinnamon crunch bagel with the Asiago bagel and sesame bagel in the same bag which all catches the cinnamon flavor. So I would recommend if you’re ordering online to ask to separate the bagels and not to slice the bagels.

If you like long wavy hair in your Salad then Panera Bread on Germann Rd is the place to go. I ate hair in my salad which caused me to cough and I pulled a long string of hair out my thoat. Luckily. I dinned in and brought salad to manager and showed hair in salad and found another long string of hair in salad. I was disgusting after this! Lost a faithful customer. They need to invest in damn hair nets!

We have been shorted 3x here on what we ordered, especially bagels! I went a out 3 weeks ago and got a bakers dozen, which is 13. When I got home I had 11. I called and they added the other 2 to my account. I went on Tuesday, ordered the bakers dozen again and the 2 they owed me. I got ho.e with 11 again. I went back and said I was shortened 4 bagels, and they argued with me that I was only missing 2. I had to tell the girl several times that 11 + 2+2 =15, I had to break it down even further by saying, 11+2=13 + 2 more=15. She just would not believe it and kept saying I was only shortened by 2. She finally got rude and frustrated and said whatever, you are holding up the line, gave me the 4 and kind of threw the bag through the window. She really thought that I was cheating them and trying to get something for free. It was so incredibly frustrating. It seems to be their practice to short on bagels. Twice in a row, 11 instead of 13. We had started coming to this location since it is closer to our home, but will go back to the location at Ocotillo and Az Ave. We have used that location for years and never been shortened or treated rudely. Just go to that location

Not sure what makes this a 15$ dollar lunch. Came with chips and a coke. It was good but I’m still hungry. Only went here becuase drive thru at chick-fil-a was packed. Save yourself 6 bucks and just wait inline at Chick-fil-A.

Decided to try the sip club because I got the first month free. It’s really easy to use in person and on the app, and even though I don’t pay for the drinks (except through the monthly fee), I have been getting rewards anyway. Before this I never went to Panera, but summer is coming up and I’ll need all the drinks I can get. Their food is good too, I really like the oatmeal for breakfast and their bread bowls with any of the soups. 🙂
