Had such a great experience at the Queen Creek Panera this morning. LAITH was amazing and made the whole visit even better. I’ve never tried Panera breakfast before and wasn’t sure what to order, but he helped me figure out my breakfast sandwich and even recommended side sauces he personally likes, which made it so much better.

I usually stop in for my morning coffee, but today I decided to try breakfast and I’m so glad I did. This location always goes above and beyond, and every team member is consistently kind and helpful. Great customer service all around.

Amazing job, Queen Creek Panera

Highly disappointed! My sandwich was all sauce wayyyy too much sauce! Could only taste sauce! We asked about size wise comparison of a bowl of soup versus the bread bowl. She answered that the bread bowl is bigger portion. The lady didn’t ask if I wanted my croissant warmed up? When we complained to Justin the manager about both the sandwich and the bread bowl of soup, all he did was apologize. All while one of the help just kept giving us a stare that wasn’t nice looking. It’s no wonder only 4 stars with that many reviews!

Do not buy their bagels. They are nothing short of stale, overly cooked store bought pre-packaged bagels. I put a big order in, expecting freshly made bagels and what I got was anything but that. When I called the store, I asked if they No longer make freshly made bagels. They paused for a moment and then said “they come in frozen and we bake them up. Someone had to stay late to bake your order up late last night because our daily bagels don’t get out of the oven until 7:30ish!”
I’m disappointed because Panera used to make some of the best freshly made bagels, and it appears they no longer do this. Definitely not buying bagels here anymore. (The pictures are off the sesame, blueberry and cinnamon raisin bagels in my order. All were dry and overly baked. I asked the guy if the bagels are typically over baked and he said they all get baked the same amount, 7 minutes. )

We decided to have a lunch gathering with our team and sat for 2 hours enjoying food and conversation. The staff responded to all our requests cheerfully while everyone could choose the food which met their pallets needs. Thank you for providing a wonderful place to collaborate!

Ordered ahead of time during my break from work, however found a hair lodged in my sandwich. I was disgusted and was told by other coworkers they stopped eating their because they also have found hair in their food. It sucks cause I liked Panera, but it’s probably just this location. Sent out a message to customer service and quickly got a response, however it was only “refunded” through their app where I got 15 dollars off an order. Don’t recommended this location

This place is incredibly depressing.

Food scraps all over the floor, the booths look like they haven’t been cleaned in a week, the tables don’t look like they ever get wiped off throughout the day.

Now onto the food – it is so incredibly bland. For a $50+ meal for 2 people, I was expecting much more. My wife’s sandwich was burnt, my sandwich tasted stale, and just all in all was pretty awful.

First off I am not a big fan of chain restaurants but Panera breaks the mold.

Panera is consistently good keeping the place clean and the staff is friendly.

The food and drinks taste great and they have healthy options along with sweets.

If you have not been here yet go check them out and let me know what you think.

In a side note the prices are pretty affordable compared to many places like this.

Thanks Panera!!

My family and I were really looking forward to the new Panera location, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. We ordered for pickup and everything was below mediocre, and thrown together with very little ingredients. I’ve had better food from Circle K and that’s not saying much.

My wife ordered the Asian Sesame Chicken salad with gorgonzola cheese. It was a small container with a three small pieces of chicken, tortilla strips and 90% lettuce. She had to come home and add to the salad using some left over rotisserie chicken from our dinner the night before.

Sandwiches: Smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich…..horribly made with absolutely no care and little to no ingredients. The bread was mushy and looked like it was sitting around for hours.

Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich customized with added avocado. The bread was hard, basically no avocado, no peppers. It had old cheese, wilted tomatoes, wilted lettuce and a minuscule piece of avocado. Another sandwich made with zero care and little to no ingredients. All of the sandwiches were obviously made by the same person and I’m guessing the salad also.

The food pictured on the menu looks fantastic, I wanted that! What we got was the trash dumpster menu. Posted pics of the menu vs what we received . First and last time for us.

Smaller Panera than most. Their chairs are really uncomfortable! I like The booths at the other locations better. The food is in the fall season. I love their salads, soup in bread bowl. The have some breads for sale. Their green tea is sweetened just enough!

Worst Panera Bread location my wife and I have ever visited. Took my pregnant wife there after spending all day in the hospital and the food and service were the icing on top of an already bad day. A small macaroni and cheese is three spoonfuls now? Our utensils were dirty, our bowls had the last meal smeared on the bottoms and the food was not up to par that it usually is. When finishing up, my wife wiped her face with the napkins that were given with our food and there was a baby roach or a beetle on the napkin, threw her into a contraction with disgust. We will definitely not be visiting this location again. They need to make it right
