This is the worst Panera in the area. The last time I went in, we just ordered a pastry and three drinks. I asked the woman working if she could heat up the pastry and she told me I could heat it up myself using their microwaves by the drink station. Ummm..what?? For the price they charge for their baked goods, I should not have to warm it myself! So I reluctantly took the pastry over to the microwave (which is BELOW THE COUNTER…so you have to kneel down to use it!). When I knelt down to open the microwave I was smacked in the face with the smell of something FOUL…it was the rug. The rug in front of the soda machines/microwaves was so nasty and appeared to have been spilled on over and over for quite a while. It smelled like vomit. I stood up and told my daughter that she would be eating a cold pastry and we walked out!

Went to Panera and got dinner for the family. I start eating my Chicken Sandwich and next thing I know, there is a large bug in the lettuce crawling around. The only reason I looked down at the sandwich was after I had a bad taste in my mouth. I can only hope I don’t get sick from it. Was told by the manager that they don’t process their preserves and clean it very well. Horrible product just for a corporation to save money!

Tasty soups and sandwiches, plus a range of baked goodies. We had a nice sit-down meal here and felt the COVID safety precautions were well handled. Food was served quickly and hot. Portions could have been bigger for the price (personal opinion). Overall it was a good meal and satisfied our hunger.

I love Panera Bread but do yourself a favor and skip this specific one!! I went in yesterday and picked up food for myself and family. Drove 25 minutes home to find that one of the steak sandwiches had no meat, it was literally cheese on bread. The other sandwich has not even half a thing of steak on it. The avocado on my sandwich which brown. I’ve never had a bad experience with Panera but this place is not ok. I called and spoke with the “manager” Daniel who was oddly enough the one that answered the phone. When I told him about the no steak, he said yeah I did ask about that but they confirmed they heard right. I am not sure why someone would pitched the most expensive item to not receive the most expensive product. Everyone was hangry and this was just not ok. At my request they refunded the two steak sandwiches but this was a pretty frustrating. Pics to verify.

Went to this Panera Bread with my wife this morning. Great Wifi, there was a lot of space to get work done on my lap top and they have an electric chimney that keeps you warm in the morning. The employees were very friendly and Kat was great, she even gave us a free soufflé! The experience was amazing, definitely coming back.

A nice restaurant with healthy delicious food, but the three local Panera Bread’s I’ve been to over the last six months, almost always has their bathrooms smelling like they mop the floor with toilet water. And then the other day when I walked through the front entrance, I was greeted with the same toilet water smell, In The Front Entrance! Stawwwwwwppp, it smells gross. Probably the worst grilled cheese sandwich I’ve ever had. Warm, soggy bread, not toasted whatsoever. Tasted disgusting. Couldn’t eat it. How hard is it to make a grilled cheese sandwich? Also, the customer service was very unimpressive.
