I rarely rate places this low, but in the past 3 weeks I’ve waited 15+ minutes in the drive through twice for one drink each time. Not only is that strangely slow but each time a different employee was just absolutely run ragged inside. Not sure what’s up with management here or why they do such a poor job that the poor employees are too slammed to get a drink out quicker than 15 minutes. Seems like they need better wages to get more staff so their business runs properly, it is supposed to be fast food after all.

Don’t waste your money here. Paid about $20 for the pick 2 option. Got a chicken sandwich and some mac and cheese. The chicken was ridiculously dry and kind of just a sloppy sandwich. Mac portions weren’t very big.

I have been a fan of Panera for many years, and in many different states. I was disgusted with the Panera on Eagle street. We ordered and headed into the dining area, not One table was clean, dishes were overflowing in the dirty dish are, and the floor was disgusting. This was long after any lunch rush! When I asked to have the tables cleaned, a young man with no name tag sauntered out, with an attitude of not wanting to be bothered. He argued with me about the tables being dirty, and obviously did not want to clean up. He had the audacity to talk back to me, and the few other customers in the restaurant were not entertained. I will NEVER eat at this disgusting establishment again…..lots of training on customer service needs to take place. Also the shortbread cookies tasted stale…….

Nice environment, great service but too expensive for the amount of food received. We ordered 1/2 sandwich and a small salad separately. The person helping us suggested we combine to save. We thanked her and did. I had water and he had a drink. His sandwich was good but very small. My salad was mostly crunchies (Asian) and very light. Would love to come back but just too expensive. Around $20

Order the strawberries chicken salad full size and my chicken sandwich, sandwich was good, chicken salad only had 2 pieces of chicken, this was to go, not in store, got and was not happy, we order this salad about every week or so, the last one had chicken all over the top of the salad. Very good food and service. I got the unlimited drinks for free for 1 month and am very pleased with this feature. Free drinks every 2 hrs at Panera. When I go to a Panera Bread in the afternoon they are out of desserts and I wish they weren’t.

Food here is pretty pricey for what you get. Half a sandwich, tea, small bowl of soup – $18. And they got the sandwich wrong. Asked for no peppers, it had peppers. Ruins the entire sandwich. Wait was quite long too, overall wasn’t worth the trip.

I’ve been to this Panera a few times and for the most part, had a great experience. Today was not one of those days the lady at the drive-thru chuckled at a question and with an attitude anwered it. On top of this the spic take I order every time was not at all like the ones before, the chicken had extra batter and extra pickled chip I ask for on the sandwich wasn’t there! hopefully next time is better. Check out the picture that’s just the batter that fell off my sandwich
