Tried the broccoli and cheese soup with a bread bowl and a chocolate croissant. The bread was really good, and so was the soup, we tried out the chocolate croissant, and that was delicious as well, but it was not worth the near $5 in my opinion. The restaurant was clean. We were greeted and served promptly, and overall, a good experience!

Panera bread used to be so good. So good! But now it’s disgusting. I got the French dip. I love a French dip, but this was disgusting. I took 1 bite and spit it out. That’s not real meat. I took it back, & told the manager it was so gross I immediately spit it out in my napkin. I asked for a bowl of soup instead, & the mgr gave me a bowl of soup. I was very thankful for that. He said next time I can ask for the “meat” to be cooked longer. I wish I would’ve told him my thoughts at that moment. No, it doesn’t matter how long you cook that stuff that resembles meat. No matter what u do to that lab grown meat it’ll always be disgusting. They charge way too much for food that isn’t even real meat!!!!

I love bagels! Panera’s is one of my favorite restaurants. This location seems to be the best run location in Colorado Springs.
I have placed four orders for rapid pick-up. Each order has been ready on time. The order is always right and the food is wonderful!
The staff has been super friendly!
I am so happy that I have found a Panera’s location that I can recommend! Now, I can get my morning bagel fix and not worry about mistakes! I am one very happy customer!
Here’s a tip: You can freeze the bagels, then just thaw as you are ready to eat. It keeps them fresh for weeks.

Dirty. Dishes piled up on return area. Manager and someone else just talking and looking at mess.
Food took over 20 minutes. Slow for soup and sandwich. Got tired of looking at mess so I started cleaning it up and stacking dishes. Still no response from manager. Finally an employee said thanks.

Was completely ignored for 10 mins when walking in to pick up order. No rush afterwards on getting the order to me. In fact, the guys seemed quite content on taking their time after I inquired on the order. Very unorganized team and they all looked confused. Customer service is customer service regardless of dining in, ordering to go, or picking up an order. No one likes being ignored.

Fantastic experience with the crew and a clean restaurant including the patio area. Their manager brought us our food directly because they were having problems with their pagers and we were unaware. He even offered to remake our food if it had gotten too cold.

Ridiculous that pictures show breadbowls filled and setting that expectation. Almost $10.00 for barely filled Mac and cheese breadbowl. Not worth it. When I asked about it the answer was it is prepackaged and this was the correct amount. This was not even close to worth it and was basically stealing. Watch what you order and what they give you. There was like 2 or 3 spoonfuls of mac and cheese
