Always a great experience at Firebirds! Our server was very attentive and constantly checked in on us! The service was really good considering it was a busy Friday night. The mocktail was really good and so is the bread that they bring out. The lobster queso is really good. It came out cold, but they were very kind and apologetic and brought us a new one that was warm! I got the Baja shrimp pasta which was very good! It was a little salty but other than that, it was good and had a good amount of shrimp! The portions are plentiful and we usually end up with leftovers!

We had an absolutely splendid experience from start to finish. The food was excellent, and the service truly stood out. Our waiter, Will R., made an amazing impact on our experience, he was incredibly attentive, always checked on us, and made sure everything was perfect. He, along with the rest of the staff, was more than happy to give thoughtful recommendations, which we really appreciated. The manager, Rich, was also making his way around the restaurant and even stopped to speak with us for a bit. He was very kind and made us feel genuinely welcomed. You can tell they truly care about both the food and the guest experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I went to Firebirds in Collegeville celebrate my birthday after my family had to delay the celebration due to inclement weather. I was made to feel quite welcomed and was well attended. My dietary needs were taken into consideration and treated as effortless as was my other requests. Special shout outs to Neve, Chef Breyon, and the manager (whose name I sadly did not get, much to my dismay). They even brought me an additional dessert (creme brulee cheesecake) beyond what I had ordered which was the lemon cake. So very yummy! Then to top it off and to my great delight, they had a signed birthday card for me which really made me feel special. My words are inadequate to express my thanks. Definitely worth the visit. I can’t wait to go again. Don’t forget to get the Pineapple Black Martini. Go and experience yourself, you will be pleased.

Great atmosphere, excellent service and quality food. The salads were fresh, perfect portions, the entrees were all cooked to perfection. The cream burlee’ cheesecake good. I didn’t like Firebirds perfect margarita, tasted way different from any margarita I’ve ever had.

Lovely place, Loved the hot honey chicken sandwich, the club chicken sandwich was ok. Totters and loaded potato were awesome. Crembrule cheese cake was delicious. Nice drink options. Beautiful ambiance and vibe. Plenty parking in the back side.

Me and one of my girlfriends came here and we had such a good time. Our waitress Cindy was so sweet, attentive, helpful and overall just so pleasant! When I go back I will be asking to sit in her section. She broke down the menu for us, recommended things when we got stuck, but she really went above and beyond for our dessert. We didn’t know what we wanted so she made us a little sampler plate. It was so stinking cute she even put candles on it for us. Cindy is such an asset to this location and I hope everyone get the chance to sit in her section!

We have been coming here for years and lately we’ve given them chances, and opportunities to make things right. Tom Cullin, had taken steps to resolve certain issues but the recurring mistakes, mishaps and incompetence in the back of house team, especially the head chef who continues to send bad food and not QC on meat temperatures makes me question what kind of standard does Firebird upholds. The leardership is nonexistent. And it’s failure to resolve inconsistencies, and preventing mistakes from happening is disappointing. The heart of a restaurant is the kitchen and if the chef is incompetent that means bad food is being sent out, and will ultimately ruin the customer’s dining experience which will in turn have a bad reputation and will destroy the Firebirds brand. Burnt, charred food is bad for the health and is a human carcinogen. So please be very careful on serving food that was cooked on very high temperatures. My family have ordered cheeseburgers and all 4 cheeseburgers were burnt and charred. It was so bitter we threw it out. Attached is the picture.

Absolutely amazing! We did the 3 course meal for $40 ($50 with filet mignon) and it was worth every penny. The bacon wrapped filet mignon alone would’ve been good enough in my opinion, everything else was just as good though. Service was phenomenal as well..

The overall experience was wonderful! it was my husband’s birthday and our first time there. We were greeted by a manager who told us about delicious specials. I did try his recommendation and i was Not disappointed.There was some confusion between deviled and and steak egg roll but it was fixed immediately. The deviled eggs are amazing! We have had them at other restaurants but they failed in comparison! Originally going there because he wanted salmon… he for the salmon over grits with lobster queso.. He wanted to lick the bowl! The best part was that when they brought dessert out they put a candle in his cheesecake. The experience and food was amazing. This will be a birthday to remember.

Amazing!! 10/10!! I did takeout and the portion sizes were great. Steak was tender, potatoes were delicious, vegetables were seasoned well and tender as well. I loved the bread and butter! Lastly, the lemon blueberry cookie was to die for. It was so flavorful and soft. I will definitely be back!
