They are portioning out their meats and raising the prices. I paid $12 for a whole sandwich and received a half of an ounce of meat, cheese and sauce. It literally wasn’t even a full bite…and that was suppose to be the whole sandwich.

The food and atmosphere were standard Panera Bread. The service and cleanliness were both lacking. Staff was fairly unapproachable and seemed to shy away from customers. Majority of tables were visibly dirty upon arrival and remained so for the entirety of a two hour study session. The side door was propped open for some reason on a 90 degree day so it was very humid and sticky inside.

I don’t go to Panera much but when I do I’ve been getting this Turkey Bravo for the last 15 years. I get extra meat so it’s around $15- not cheap. The soups, sides, salads, and coffees are all good but my favorite thing about Panera is their iced tea selection.

Friendly staff with food delivered fresh and in a timely manner. Sadly, Panera still doesn’t offer non-pork products, but I was able to get the sausage replaced on my breakfast sandwich with an extra egg at no charge. Thank you!

I’ve generally had good experiences here, however the quality isn’t consistent.

Bruce is so rude! and he is at the register. throws things at the customers – like your bag or cup. We have seen people walk out as they wait forever to get waited on, and there is no one in front of them. why does he still work there? Someone higher up needs to realize that he is losing you business.

Visited this location to try the macaroni and cheeses sandwich. We proceeded to get a plain grilled cheese on plain dark dry toast. There was a tiny amount of mac n cheese. (See picture).

The staff is great and I love the layout of the seating. The coffee always tastes good here, but they could do better with the tea and the sweeteners. Also, I’ve had trouble with them not having coffee at all and their Wifi not working for many weeks.

Good but way too pricey now. I took my son here and we got the half and half. We both got the turkey blt for the half sandwich and I got a half Caesar and my son got Mac n cheese. We got 2 regular (small) drinks. Came out paying $40 for the 2 of us. Half sandwiches were very small. The pricing on the menu is confusing. Full service restaurants are cheaper.

I just cannot find food that I like at Panera. The sandwich today was way spicy (I did not realize “Buffalo” means “spicy”) so I couldn’t enjoy it. I go to Panera because my wife enjoys it, but I find their food either bland or (today) too spicy. Of course, a lot of their in-store advertising is about “healthy”, and I’m all about “appetizing”, so we’re really not made for each other.
