The sign said cash only, but the kiosk was working, so I placed my order there. Not a single employee greeted or acknowledged me the entire time. My lunch sat on the counter for quite a while before I finally went up to ask if it was mine—only to be met with an annoyed look. As I walked away, I overheard the same employee complaining that she needed a day off.

Panera used to feel so warm and welcoming, but this visit felt the opposite—almost like stepping into the twilight zone.

My husband ordered soup and sandwiches for me to pick up. I asked who I assumed was the manager if she had an order for me and she looked at the screen and said no. I called my husband to make sure of the location and he said he received an email saying it was ready. I then told the same lady what my husband said and she then told me to see the cashier. I was there longer than I needed to be. His sandwich and soup was fine but I had ordered tomato basil bread and soup but received more like Italian bread. I’ve had their tomato basil bread and it definitely wasn’t that. Also I received more like 1/4 of a sandwich instead of 1/2. I felt like the employees were not happy. Seemed disorganized and no one ever smiled. Not sure if I’ll be going back there again.

i never write reviews but i feel for the public’s sake i should this time. i never eat panera bread anymore because there isn’t one close to me but i went out of my way to find one and had the absolute worst food poisoning from here a few days ago. after talking to multiple people about it im not the only one who has had a similar experience with their chicken sandwiches specifically. i’m 15 weeks pregnant so my immune system is a little lower than normal. i also overheard the woman making my meal talk to the other staff about how her family (kids i think) were sick so i don’t know if that had anything to do with it but crazy to hear how many people i know who have had food poisoning from panera bread. used to be one of my favorite places!

We came in to use a gift card only to be told, oh sorry, our system isn’t accepting gift cards or members numbers. The manager appreciated our concern but couldn’t do anything about it. Seems unfair at the very least that we’ve paid Panera $25 for a gift card and can’t use it.

I paid $7.49 for this breakfast sandwich. What an absolute rip off. Then the pick up orders weren’t on the shelf. Instead, they said to see the cashier but there was a line of 10 people. I’m not waiting in that for a rapid pick up order. I’m not going back.

I don’t go to Panera much but when I do I’ve been getting this Turkey Bravo for the last 15 years. I get extra meat so it’s around $15- not cheap. The soups, sides, salads, and coffees are all good but my favorite thing about Panera is their iced tea selection.

I can’t eat here anymore. The restaurant is so dirty. It also smelled like they had a sewage backup. Crumbs all over the floor, benches and seats. The handle of the creamer was sticky. Maybe they are understaffed from corporate change but they lost this customer.

The food was decent but the restaurant was incredibly dirty! Plates and bowls stacked high; trash full to the top. I’m not sure we will come back to the location as we have seen a steady decline here with workers not happy at all. I blame management for this one!

Visited this location to try the macaroni and cheeses sandwich. We proceeded to get a plain grilled cheese on plain dark dry toast. There was a tiny amount of mac n cheese. (See picture).
We also ordered the broccoli and Mac bowl and chicken soup. The broc Mac was probably 70F and when we let them know they said to “warm it in the microwave by the coffee station!!”
Iced tea had so many grounds in it we couldn’t drink it. Save your money. Picture is what it should look like, and what we received.

They are portioning out their meats and raising the prices. I paid $12 for a whole sandwich and received a half of an ounce of meat, cheese and sauce. It literally wasn’t even a full bite…and that was suppose to be the whole sandwich.
Customer service was terrible as well. They don’t tell you that they don’t call out names anymore, so I sat there for 25 minutes waiting for my food. When asked if my food was going to be ready soon, the girl snapped at me saying they don’t do that anymore and walked away.
This was not worth the $50 I paid for 3 meals.
