I travel around the city for my work and have been to many Panera’s. This is by far the worst. We were working at Aspen Grove temporarily and ate here several times. The food is sloppily thrown together like the staff clearly does not care. There is little customer service. You can tell that the staff is just there to get a paycheck. Clearly a very poorly run Panera. The food here is on the pricier side so I expect to get good food that is prepared with some care. That is not what you will get at this particular location.

We’ve been here a few times. Once we came here to get two pastries for breakfast the next morning. I got the Almond Croissant and mom got a blueberry muffin. The employees were very nice and patient with us. I put it in a baggie when we got back to the hotel room and then did 15 seconds in the microwave the next day and it tasted amazing!
On 9/8/2023, we came and got pick two’s for four of us. Warning: the flatbread pizza is full-size in the pick 2. All the sandwiches, salads and soups are half size, but not the pizza! So, it costs more and you probably can’t eat all of it at once. $11.29 without tax just for the pizza. Or, share it!

Ethan was extremely helpful at the counter and gave a detailed list of his favorites running through all of the major categories. Outstanding food and friendly service with a smile on their face! The atmosphere is only getting a 4/5 due to the music being quiet. Otherwise the entire experience was wonderful!

Very clean place including rest rooms. Food is always great at Panera Bread. Had the new Mac n Cheese Grill Cheese and it was actually good. Had a bowl of French Onion soup and Baguette. Also the frozen mocha drink. My wife had the Grilled Cheese and Tomato Basil soup. All the food was terrific.

Don’t bother ordering for pick up here if you’re on a time crunch, not only do they just never have it together, but they’re the only Panera that doesn’t leave the bags out at rapid pick up so you wait 15 minutes in line while your ready food just sits behind the register getting cold. I hate this location.

It’s sad when a place you used to love goes so far down hill in quality and not even the management cares to do anything about it. The whole place is looking run down, dirty, sticky tables, and it smelled like bleach and a mop bucket. The smell of bleach was so strong, it made the whole experience unappetizing. All the outlets are broken, cracked, and won’t hold a charger. This is my last visit to Panera. It’s not what I would call a cafe anymore. You can do so much better.

Literally the worst Panera location. My company orders from them regularly (I don’t know why) and every time our orders are messed up and missing items. The last time we had a meeting I had to drive back to the store to pick up half of our items that were missing and was greeted by a nasty employee who argued with me that they didn’t forget our food. Luckily the manager was very nice and made everything right. But then today I order the bacon tomato grilled cheese with onion and avocado and I get this garbage piece of bread with a tiny bit of cheese. doesn’t even qualify as a grilled cheese. A bunch of my coworkers items were made wrong also. This location is literally the worst.

Such nice people there! I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich, it was super yummy. Though the bread was a lot bigger than the contents, haha. My decaf drink was at the coffee/tea bar and was good too. It was a nice place to meet after a run.
