Such nice people there! I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich, it was super yummy. Though the bread was a lot bigger than the contents, haha. My decaf drink was at the coffee/tea bar and was good too. It was a nice place to meet after a run.

We came here to get two pastries for breakfast the next morning. I got the Almond Croissant and mom got a blueberry muffin. The employees were very nice and patient with us. I put it in a baggie when we got back to the hotel room and then did 15 seconds in the microwave the next day and it tasted amazing!

Very clean place including rest rooms. Food is always great at Panera Bread. Had the new Mac n Cheese Grill Cheese and it was actually good. Had a bowl of French Onion soup and Baguette. Also the frozen mocha drink. My wife had the Grilled Cheese and Tomato Basil soup. All the food was terrific.

Employees here are lazy and have no respect for customers. If you don’t like working then stay home. All you hear is them using the f” word over and over and talking instead of paying attention to customers and their job. The floors are disgusting here. Trash and crumbs everywhere. Even manager was chiming in on horrible conversations and very inappropriate. I asked if they could make my caramel latte sweeter , the young man with reddish hair simply told me to get sugar from behind me. Seriously? This place needs a complete overhaul with staff who care. Worst latte I’ve had.

I wish I had better things to say about this Panera but after repeated chances, my food and experience here is always lacking. I managed a Panera for years, and the Panera near the Park Meadows mall is wonderful, both in there service and food preparation, but this location is honestly not great. The employees are lazy, they never get the order correct and certainly don’t adhere to special requests, the food is prepared mediocre, and the differences in portion sizes are more than obvious. I’ve ordered delivery and dined in, and they miss that mark every single time. Very unfortunate when you’re paying such high prices. Do yourself a favor and select literally any other Panera besides this one. You’ll be happy you did.

Nothing short of a total disappointment . Lousy sandwiches and a lousy salads . Paid $38 and change for a lousy meal yuck . Our salad was half full and my sandwich was sloppily made. This much money and it didn’t even include drinks which would have been the highlight of the meal. My girlfriend was totally disgusted and I mean % disgusted . Let me preface by saying that we like Panera. Just not this Panera. The employees are clearly not having a good time. The restaurant was empty at 6pm on a Thursday night. It was still chaos behind the counter despite have 3x as many employees as customers on site. What I ordered vs. what I received….. and this 1/2 “sandwich” cost $6.00. The whole scenario is just sad.
